I don't have an issue with the quality of the product, the models are always very good.

However, the customer service is AWFUL, and I'm really annoyed with the number of delays in availability of the models for club members, and the pathetic excuses given for the delays.

The latest one is the Heinkel Bubble Car.

With the funds having been taken from my bank account, on February 15th I received an email saying that the product was "ready to be shipped"

I then received an email on February 16th saying that "due to some minor teething issues" the model had been delayed, but would be despatched this week (w/c February 23rd). This message also contradicted the one I received on the 15th, as the model obviously wasn't ready to be shipped.

This is the umpteenth time the model has been late, with the usual "excuse" being that there have been delays in getting product from China

As a consultant in supply chain, I know all about the potential of these delays, as I deal with many businesses in China myself. However, there are ways of making sure that you aren't affected by these delays, and I have had this discussion with the model club on a number of occasions.

On February 16th, being disappointed with another failure, I sent an email to the model club, asking a number of questions. As of today, February 25th, I have not received a response to this email.

I have just called the company to find out what has happened to the model which I was supposed to have been receiving this week.

The lady answering the phone gave me the response that the model was expected into their warehouse this week and would be shipped as soon as possible. This contradicts the details in the email of February 16th.

When I queried the delay (again), I got the usual thing you get from customer services people these days when you express disappointment about something as "they don't like the way they are being spoken to".

I wasn't rude, or anything. All I was doing was asking a question, and not getting a realistic response. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that one could be asked to call me back. As I hadn't received a response to my email, was this going to happen?

The next thing to happen was this person (I have her name, but I think you aren't allowed to disclose names in here) cut the call, transferred me to some horrible music which contained a message thanking me for my call and then cut off.

This is totally disrespectful of loyal customers, who have purchased every model (with the exception of two which I didn't want) since the beginning of the club

Not impressed. Not well packaged and return postage not included. Cost me £5.75 to return an unwanted model after I had cancelled the subscription. They take ages to respond to emails. All a bit amateurish

Terrible customer support wanted to cancel subscription due to poor quality models they don’t respond to emails just nothing,overpriced for what they are bleeding people dry in the name of nostalgia

Tried to join, just dont work. I hit join button it simply refreshes and says join. Google ai help is utter usless. Tried to join useing 2 diff devices. I give up.

I ordered a James Bond Gold coloured Aston Martin DB5 car as part of my initital membership introduction the Corgi Club.
On their website it never stated it was out of stock, so I ordered it and thought since I've ordered from them before and recieved everything and the service I had was really good as is the quality of their models, hence why I collect them. so I thought I would get this order through.
But nearly over a month later nothing had arrived and then the corgi customer services eventually emailed me after I sent them countless emails, and they said it was in the post and the excuse was it was because of the Xmas period or perhaps the bad weather we had in the UK was their first reasons, but alas after waiting a length of time it still didn't arrive and then I sent more emails about it and yet again after a long reply they now said it's out of stock and to wait for the car model a while longer.
I've even asked for Corgi to send me the batman 1960's style car instead since I'm not getting my original model that I ordered with my new membership. I've been patient with Corgi customer services on this for a while now, I'm still awaiting a full refund or just a simple replacement. I do hope that Corgi sort this mess out real soon.

I've been a member of this club for some years now and I'm highly impressed with the quality of these models. I must stress that these were toys in the past and therefore are not 'scale accurate models' but replicas of our childhood playthings. I have collected approximately two thirds of the these as not every offering is to ones individual taste but that's the great thing...your not 'tied' to buying everything, you can miss out what you don't want. Also on the rare occasion there's a fault, the club quickly rectify any issues. These should not be bought as 'investments' (won't increase much in value) but as a fun nostalgic memory, or toy for your own children (or more likely grandchildren). Well done CMC and looking forward to the next item arriving soon.

Corgi Model Club models are of the highest quality their communication is always good and keeps member’s informed and when they will be delivered.The models are of the highest standard and the one I received today is no exception.It’s the Ecurie Ecosse Racing Car Transporter and this one is exceptional the quality is that good.This is a very expensive item if you wish to obtain an original but the CMC is a faithful reproduction at an affordable price and worthy of a place a place in your collection!

Undoubtedly one of the most passionate companies to surface providing pure nostalgic products in both an interactive and joyful plus economic way. You have made an old collector very happy indeed. Thank you Corgi Model Club team 5 * * * * *

Have emailed them twice concerning when my model would be sent out.
Have received no response. Have paid already in full.
Not impressed with the customer service. They need to send out the models on time and not ignore emails.

terrible models noything like the real ones all paint has peeled off now in less than year . bined it now. Update your response is very rude below , I have sent you order number and everything you are a disgrace how you communicate, now you blame trustpilot …. Update to reply just received.. you say your NOT blaming Trustpilot …. I would say your comments below say different and anyone reading this will agree.. as I said your communication is rude and people only have to read your replies to your negative reviews to see how rude you really are . There is no need for it , just because your models are not up to scratch you don’t have to be the way you are , kind regards . JUST CHANGED REVIEW AGAIN below , these people are absolutely unbelievable, never ever contacted me (that is a complete lie ) can’t believe what these are like there are no words to describe there behaviour below they are unreal truly am flabbergasted to the extent these are going over a genuine honest review about the problems with there copies of the real thing. Bordering on something serious now .. then even to suggest not mentioning someone’s name because of a review is criminal . Video on Youtube re:Batmobile promotion, brought back childhood memories. Dealing with Corgi Model Club will not disappoint. People are friendly and helpful, delivery is fast and the products well made and better than described.

Just received my Batboat and to say I'm extremely disappointed is an understatement. It's made of plastic and is not much better than the Hot Wheels version at £1.70, how Corgi can charge £24 for this is an absolute joke. They charge us a premium for other models like Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, but this Batboat is worth about £7 tops in my opinion.

I have been a member of the Corgi Model Club from not long after it was set up. I have received many models so far and have been so impressed by their quality and authenticity. My childhood memories come flooding back and I really look forward to receiving my monthly model.

The quality of service from Club staff is top notch and it's easy to get in touch. I could not ask for more or recommend the club more highly.

I can honestly say that I can't fault the Corgi model club in any way. The models are excellent, quality products and well packaged. The service is great and they deliver promptly. I have haven't had any issues at all except a missing certificate, which was dispatched within a few days.

I made the mistake of ordering one model, stop, don't do it, do not get roped in its a scam!!!.
Apparently there is tinny weeny little small print that signs you up for life buying forced purchases of models and items you have no wish or desire for. I am so disappointed in a company that take money out of your account, just under £30 for a little tiny car, the mini, worth probably £3 and say you signed up for it, there are no excuses for arrogance, I will never make a purchase from these people again. DONT DO IT, "When you ordered the Gloss Batmobile, you would have been advised that you were entering a subscription to receive a model on a monthly basis, which can be cancelled at any time. As we did not receive a notification to cancel, the Mini Cooper has already been processed for despatch which we cannot stop.", If you have been stupid enough to make a purchase, check your junk folder, report them to Paypal, Visa, FCA and make them famous - very disappointed - you can not click on line to end this unlimited purchase of over priced forced sales either!!!!!

Corgi Model Club is fantastic with every car getting fantastic reproduction since their first release years ago

I received last months Corgi Model Club model about a week ago, and the item is sublime, I am more than happy with it, The Beatles Yellow Submarine with the red hatches, may not mean a great deal to many, but to those of us that do, it really is a great casting and the rare red hatch one as well.

There was a delay due to striking Frenchies, again, but the submarine docked eventually and it is once again a stunning recreation of the original, with perfect packaging too.

Another brilliant model from the CMC and I can not wait until the Citroen Safari next month.

I pre-ordered the Batmobile as a birthday present to myself. I received my Batmobile as soon as they got released and after getting e-Mail confirmation,it turned up well packaged and immaculate, couldn’t be more happy with my purchase. Good work.

The Corgi model club is just superb, each and every model has been amazing, excellent quality and faithful to the originals, the interaction that the club has with its members is second to none and the customer service just brilliant, I can't recommend enough !!!!!!!!!!!

From a small ad searching for interest in a new club, it grabbed my interest. A small fee was all to ask.
In for a penny, I thought....
Well, what an amazing product, every attention to detail on that wonderful little old ice cream van. Can the detail be consistent? The mini arrived next, and yes, so much detail.
I'm now 48/49 club models in and several extra Corgi models I've purchased at Flea markets etc.
Corgi Model Club we've a lot to answer to, including my bank account.
I'm loving every delivery. Each model is carefully selected, put together, painted, packed with care and posted.
They're received and looked after by me with as much care too.
