James from Teya provided us with outstanding service and support when we started using him, so much so that we switched all our businesses over to him.
If you have any issues or need support he’s always at the end of the phone, nothing is too much trouble, he helps set everything up in person, no talking to robots!! Even when opening new business recently he got us up and running same day, where others companies were taking weeks. Would recommend him to anyone . Fantastic service

My current payment provider was messing me around with getting back to me with a new contract and after 6 weeks of messing about James walks into my store and I have a new card machine set up after 30 min chat. Amazing service would highly recommend

Excellent salesmanship!
We had not yet even opened our doors, but James took the initiative to speak to us about Teya. He demonstrated the model, explained all the tariffs and charges so we had a very clear understanding of what he was offering, whilst simultaneously saving us from entering a very bad deal with another card company! Before opening, he came to set the machine and banking up, explaining everything as he went along. He then popped in once we were open to make sure everything was running smoothly.
He has been nothing short of excellent so thank you very much!

James has been fantastic in helping me set up my card machine. I have a small business and the rates of certain card machines can sometimes be crippling. He has made the charges a lot more affordable and made the swap over as easy as he possibly could. He always comes in to the shop to check in and catch up and helps to quickly fix any issues we have. James was so helpful in helping me get set up with my new Teya card machine. He made the whole process so simple and fast and i have absolutely zero regrets moving from Sum Up to Teya. The card machine looks professional and smart, it processes transactions super quick and it doesn’t randomly glitch or freeze like my Sum Up card reader regularly did. The next day payouts 7 days a week are fantastic as well - so helpful for cashflow and the fact that the transaction fee is almost half what Sum Up charge is the icing on the cake. James showed me exactly how to use the machine, i honestly couldn’t be more pleased with it.
