Would like to say a huge thanks to Graham and the Cornerbrook team for the training and guidance on my AP course.
The pre start training and online tutorials that was included in the course were essential for me to get a grasp of the fundamentals for the classroom section of the course.
In the classroom the environment was spot on making me feel relaxed. Graham clearly explained the topics and with his guidance it made this challenging course a lot more manageable and straightforward to learn.
I couldn’t recommend the course or Graham as a teacher enough.

Could not recommend cornerbrook enough, completed an appointed persons course here which was brilliant from start to finnish. With the lifting industry its dangerous when things go wrong, you dont want to just be taught how to pass the test you want to be properly trained on everything thats needed to become an appointed person and fully understand it all, thats exactly what i got from cornerbrook. Graham the trainer was great and extremely knowledgeable, everything was clear, understandable and structured brilliantly. Before i even got there they sent over there online pre course training which is something i dont think you get anywhere else but gave you that head start before even stepping foot in the classroom. Ive trained in a few places over the years and cornerbrook is the place to be by far. Highly recommend.

I recently attended the Appointed Person course at Cornerbrook Training, and I couldn't be more impressed. The online pre-course training was excellent, providing a solid foundation before the classroom sessions began. Something that from my past experience with various training courses, you dont normally get.

The course itself was delivered to a very high standard. The trainer/assessor (Graham) was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made even the more complex topics easy to understand. The course materials were comprehensive, well-structured, and will be a valuable reference going forward.

I came away feeling much more confident in my knowledge and abilities. I would highly recommend Cornerbrook Training to anyone looking for professional, high-quality training. A fantastic experience from start to finish!

I didn't realise how lucky I was to choose Cornerbrook as a training provider until I arrived on my first morning there. Immediately the location, the facilities and most of all the people stood out to me as top notch. I was there to do the Appointed Person course over 5 days. The size of this challenge became apparent during the first day, but I had a distinct advantage . . . being at Cornerbrook to do this and having Graham as my trainer. Having the knowledge and experience is one thing. Having the ability to impart this successfully to others is the hard part, but Graham stood out to me as a genuinely excellent trainer, who ticks all the right boxes. He's also a thoroughly nice bloke, which is a massive help. I've done so many courses over a forty year period and Graham will remain in my memory, along with one utterly brilliant Irish trainer I encountered many moons ago, as the best I've encountered. I'm a huge fan of credit where credit is due - Graham gets my gold plated recommendation, as does the venue as a whole. OK, I passed the course, but it's largely thanks to him. He's very good at what he does and I had to post a review on here in recognition of this. If you want a top-tier training centre, with great people in residence who really know there sh*t (lol), get yourself to Cornerbrook. You won't regret it, you'll be on here too after your visit singing their praises, just like me!

I completed my appointed person course at corner Brooke and it was like a home from every member of staff were extremely friendly and catered for every one’s individual need

Owen was very knowledgeable and delivered the Appointed Person course. Ensured to go over everything and was very informative ensuring to help us understand regulations, scale drawing and drafting up lift plans.

Spent three days at cornerbrook carrying out my lift supervisors course, 5star experience! Would highly recommend training with Lee and Damo, from the start of the course the instructors were really welcoming, have a style of teaching that makes it really easy to retain the information, and learn the information that’s needed. The guys have a wealth of experience on the job, on site and can apply the course to real life examples that anyone working on site can relate too. Out of all the courses I’ve done through different providers this experience has to be the best! Genuinely nice lads to deal with! Looking forward to further training with cornerbrook! Big thanks to you all!

I can't say enough good things about Cornerbrook Training Ltd. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and at ease, not always easy to find in a training environment. The atmosphere makes you feel comfortable rather than intimidated, and every session is engaging, never boring.

A special mention to Lee, who made me feel comfortable in every aspect. He made sure we were all understanding the topics, was always happy to answer questions, and had a great way of lightening the mood with a few jokes along the way. He also shared some real gems of experience from his career, which added so much value beyond just the course material. I'd also like to note that when I briefly misplaced some important documents, Lee showed genuine concern and was very supportive in helping me resolve the situation, which I truly appreciated.

Equally, a big thank you to Damien, who was incredibly helpful and clearly very knowledgeable. He generously shared his own experiences and insights, and like Lee, had a great sense of humour that kept things relaxed and enjoyable throughout. Both of them have genuinely been an inspiration to me, and I'd consider them two of my heroes in this field.

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a supportive, friendly training experience! It's clear this is a group of gents with a great deal of cumulated experience, always willing to share it generously. I should also mention that a member of staff kindly offered to help me get to the station afterwards, which was a lovely final touch. I'll definitely be back for more courses.

Recently completed my Compact Crane training with Cornerbrook Training Centre and would highly recommend them. The instructors were professional, knowledgeable, and made the training easy to understand. Great facilities, excellent training, and a friendly atmosphere throughout. Just done slinger signaller course and it was very professional great course and cracking set of guys there working. Damo was a great teacher learnt a lot of him and graham was a cracking assessor .

I recently done my Slinger Signaller course at Cornerbrook Training Centre with Damian as the instructor. He explained everything really well and made sure everyone understood what was going on.

During the verbal and practical tests he was very professional, but also easy to talk to, which helped me feel a lot more relaxed and less nervous.

Would definitely recommend Cornerbrook Training Centre and Damian to anyone doing the course.

Lee and Damo are top people and know the subject inside out, they also made the course enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend them more, if you want to do this course do it here you won’t find anywhere better.
