I tried 3 different agencies. This is the 3rd house that I have rented for 6 months. It is by far the best, in terms of price and quality. But above all in terms of the service of this agency. At last! a clear, simple, short and effective contract for both parties. No 100 pages of useless and tendentious texts. My agent, Bee, is exceptional. I don't speak English or Thai well and it's difficult, but she takes care of everything, right down to my internet subscription! she checks before, during and at the end if everything is going well. First time that I have confidence and that I am calm, whatever happens. Thank you Bee!

I recently relocated from Australia to Thailand , Cornerstone were recommended to me by a friend. I contacted them and was taken to view apartments on 3 separate days , all told we viewed approx 12 apartments . After deciding on a dwelling i was taken through the rental process and had ample time to review the lease contract , at no time was there any hard sell. Such a great experience with Cornerstone. I had lots and lots of questions about buying in a new country and they very patiently answered everything. I shopped for four very small condos to make into rentals as one of my 10-year-investment plans for the future.
