Horrible customer service. Especially this one salesperson named Ashish Agarwal was extremely rude and misleading. Never coming back to corpbiz for any work neither recommending it to anyone I know.

fake website and fake people duping for money.

Very bad service experience
The company has not yet filed the my 2022-2023 year compliances,.and they have taken 3 years payment from me..and now nobody is responding..,

BAD EXPERIENCE FROM THE START OF NIDHI COMPANY, EVERY FILING WAS OUT OF DUE DATE WITH A PENALTY, AND NO PROPER PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT TO CLIENT FINALLY IN POSITION TO STRIKE OFF.

I strongly advise caution when considering this company. They exhibit a complete lack of accountability. Once an order is placed, obtaining updates becomes an endless struggle, and the work remains incomplete. I placed an order on January 27, 2023, and the work is still pending as of June 25, 2024, when I left a review on Google.

Throughout this period, I have made numerous attempts to resolve the issue, but the company consistently fails to deliver on their promises and eventually stops responding to calls. As a result of their negligence, I have incurred fines.

Furthermore, the company operates under various names, including Swarit Advisors and Corpbiz, which is misleading. This lack of transparency and reliability is unacceptable.

After leaving the review on Google, they even refused to return the documents ( digital signature, etc), that they have, which are essential for me to proceed with my work through another provider.

Most unprofessional company I ever saw.. it's a brand taking contracts and passing on to unprofessional outside consultants. 1. Thereafter they are not available on call.. the outside consultant will not deliver as committed to clients and prolong the job..
2. They additionally charge. For me contract was accepted for rs. 35000 for mumbai where they claimed to be an office,
3. There was no office in mumbai. And they could not do follow up on time.
4. They demanded additional amount of rs. 80000 thereafter even failed to perform
5. After a year, the outside consultant failed and promised to refund rs. 80000 but they partly refunded and balance claimed to adjust against job to get license and miserably failed to get
6. Please check credentials of this company before assigning work.

Professional response, perfect process knowledge, excellent documentation capabilities, and last but not the least prompt service makes Corpbiz stand out from the crowd.

Very bad experience...very unprofessional..i wasted my money with these people ...all plz don't trust them and dont do your trademark with them...also i am not writing any false comment as they replied to my review on Google ..I am having follow ups with them since many days ...after payment they are least bothered to call back ..I was one who did follow up to get my work done..but they have messed up my work and now instead of doing corrections they disagree that they have mistaken
They keep on forwarding the calls to others saying they are professional advocates but really waste of time and money if they don't understand the customer need

I am not going to delete this review because I demand a refund.

First of all, they would not follow up with pending tasks. It is the customers duty to follow up and let them know that the compliance is still pending.

Because of their unprofessionalism I have to pay INR 5500/- extra to the government for their late filing. And they don't even care. This company should be investigated immediately and I will make sure that this company is put under scanner. I know your escalation team will call me up and tell me to delete this review but mark my words I will not delete this.

This is to let everyone know that this company is cheating and looting money from the customers.

There a few good people working here though but what to do? 90% of the people here don't even know why they have even joined this company!

I hv seen ur reply. You asked me to go to the FSSAI office and get the changes do myself, whereas, while I was out of India, another legal agent went to their office and got everything done. You also could have done the same.?? Instead, you took money from me, but lay eggs on it and asked me to do the needful. Did you ever picked up my phone or answered my whatsap msgs? I can show the no.times i called u and msgd u. But never u replied. Now you waken up when I wrote a one star review about you. You yourself go and see your poor reviews in the social media about you. The person refered your name also shared that you spoiled their case. So, Corpbiz, My review about you will not change!!

I wish if I could give "Zero" review!. These people are just FRAUDS!!!. After taking money, they dont respond at all. None of them are available over phone. they take cases and ask us to do things. Don't recommend even a single percent!.

worst company, after payment they took 3-4 times more than estimated time, even their employee are not qualified they even didn't know rules and always give excuses like rules are changed because of that there is delay in registration process. most favorite excuses is that website is not working, even if website is working. it happens to me several times. if you don't take follow up, they do nothing. and it take more time. they are very good in making fool of customer compare to incorporate firms.

All 5star reviews are made by fake . Actually Corpbiz doesn’t deserve 1 star. There is lots of delay on work . They will not even pick your call or reply in messages after got paid. There are so many other firms . Don’t ever go with Corpbiz
