Prompt customer service. Grishma Doshi responds to concierge requests promptly and professionally.

I had a booking through bookings. They never sent the check in information, never reply to my messages, never answered the phone. Basically I had to stay submit a complain to bookings and find a different accomodation. I have never faced this type of provider. The worst ever. Do not use.

My stay at Corporate Stays in Montreal was truly outstanding. As a frequent international traveler, I rarely encounter this level of value, comfort, and professionalism. The team was exceptional— the COO Laurence Montplaisir personally checked in to ensure everything met expectations. Jihane El Ouafi (such an amazing host) handled my booking seamlessly. Ateeb Kazmi, Gem Mendones, and Regine Maloles were consistently prompt and meticulous in their support.
The apartment was spotless, spacious, fully functional, and perfectly warm during the Montréal winter. Its central location near the Metro and shopping amenities made everything convenient.
Corporate Stays sets a standard the hospitality industry should emulate. I will certainly return and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Montreal.

Where do I start!! I signed an agreement for my company back in October for a rental in Mississauga for February 1st, 2026. I had gone to the building and viewed a suite to ensure it was legitimate. On January 6th I receive an email that the contract is no longer going to be honored as they could not reach an agreement with the building owners. I was told (in writing) that I would have the $1,000 deposit returned. In talk with Meesum Baloch (with Corporate Stays) I advised him that we are now less than 30 days from the date and he was going to check on some compensation.

It is now February 11th and we delay our operations for two weeks while we wait for another property with another company become available. We also have an issue trying to get the deposit back. Emails sent to many people at Corporate Stays go unanswered requesting the deposit be returned (Jan 20, 26, and Feb 6).

Today after a number of phone calls and now sending the request to another department we are told "they are working on it". I was put on hold for over 14 minutes waiting for a manager and then advised they were busy.

I am promised a return call but not holding my breathe.

Any reputable company in this industry would have returned the deposit immediately. Stay away from this company at all costs.

I mistakenly booked a studio versus a 1 bedroom and had to cancel my booking. I was charged a security deposit and contacted Salee and Gem for help. Their patience and expertise guided me through any hoops that confronted me and my situation was resolved quickly and efficiently! Would book again with no hesitation!

I had an awesome experience with Corporate Stays and the best thing about the entire process was the amazing customer service I received from booking, questions, extending my stay and then finally, receiving the refund of my deposit.

The first person I dealt with was Maria Campo. She was amazing, and extremely helpful in finding me a great rate, explaining the process and later on, extending my stay for another 2 weeks. Everything was seamless and took the headache out of a stressful situation (extended renovations).

Next I dealt with Ateeb Kazmi. Really stellar service. You really feel like Ateeb cares, following up to make sure everything I needed was taken care of.

So that is the people part of the equation.

The apartment I stayed at - Equinoxe Daniel Johnson, in Laval, just outside of Montreal. The apartment was wonderful. It was comfortable, clean and had almost everything we could possibly need. The amenities were great. The pool, the gym, game room and a large kitchen event room. I went swimming every day for 41 days straight!

The furniture was modern, and clean, I liked the wooden touches and I was/am obsessed with this lamp that was there - all kinds of antlers? I don't know what it was. I felt like I was in a hotel, I would compare it to my Vegas haunt - the Vdara.

The refund of the deposit is a little clunky, you have to request it, but it was refunded in full in the promised timeframe.

It was exactly what I needed and at a rate I could afford with service that often went above and beyond. I would definitely book with them again without hesistation.

My apartment is very spacious, clean, and in a perfect location.

I rented a property from Corporate Stays in Montreal Canada for a short-term stay in September 2025.

Before my stay, and before completing payment, the company confirmed in writing that my $1000 security deposit would be refunded to a specific card.

Despite multiple follow-ups, they later claimed to have refunded a different, cancelled card, which was not even in my name.

The bank that CS claims the refund was processed to has confirmed in writing that no refund was ever received.

The company continues to insist they “completed” the refund but has refused to provide any proof of successful settlement or to issue the refund to the correct account. They simply shared a screenshot that indicates “initiated” but not “completed”!

This has now been going on for weeks, with contradictory explanations from their team and no resolution, our request for the security deposit refund was initiated over a month ago.

I now will be filing formal complaints.

Consumers should be extremely cautious when providing deposits to this company, as recovery appears unnecessarily difficult even with clear written agreements.

Oh and one more thing… the only positive review on this page which is increasing the rating is from the CEO himself. What an absolute joke!
