I bought a shirt from Corporatewear, as an individual not a company. When the shirt arrived, it was far too small so I called for a refund. Firstly they told me they do not sell to individuals, which clearly they do. They informed me that there is no return label, I was just to send the item back to an address they gave me. I did this, including a slip of paper with my details and purchase order number. 1 month later, after sending 2 emails to chase, I have not had any communication back, no refund, nothing. They may work better with companies but they certainly do not care about private buyers or the hard earned cash they spend to buy their goods. Not impressed.

Easy company to deal with. Used many times.

I have been dealing with Andrew Lacey, Sales Director @ Alfabet Corporatewear Ltd for the last few months, whilst sorting out our numerous queries on choice of merchandise for a West Lancs Scouts overseas trip.
I can honestly say that I have had nothing but excellent service, communication & patience from the start of our journey. Nothing is too much trouble.
Prices are very competative too.
