Buyer Beware! A doctor suggested I wear Correct Toes to halt developing a bunion. My experience was not successful at all for two main reasons: My toes are not straight across but descend relatively dramatically from large to small toe and my two middle toes are webbed about 1/3 from the base. The combination of these two factors made wearing the device impossible. Undaunted, I tried trimming to customize the device until I was down to one unit but it was too narrow to do much good in helping put my big toe in a better alignment and stop a bunion formation. These exceptions would have deterred me from buying Correct Toes if they had been noted in your literature.

Wish i read the review before ordering. so where do i start?
Customer Service a bit slow (even though they do reply but take soo long).
My order arrived with 1 out of 3 items missing. Been back and forth with them and now they have gone silent. since receiving my order 2 weeks ago they still have not sent my replacement.
Im waiting to exchange an item too which all rides on when the missing item will arrive. Please hurry up correct toes

Absolutely terrible, product really uncomfortable, made multiple adjustments to product as advised. Cut off little toe spacer as put little toe out of alignment, 4th toe also over corrected so now cut out this pillar. Big toe spacer is not wide enough even with adaptation. Product states it's comfortable and suitable for use during exercise, this is a complete untruth.

The idea and the execution of straightening tarsal and metatarsal groups is truly revolutionary. After 3 weeks of use I can definitely tell they are working. The training your toes part can be slightly excruciating and cumbersome. Though you will be greatly surprised and your other feet problems will seem to disappear in a pretty short time. You might need a pump up video for the first 2 weeks lol. Well worth the cost on the account and the pain scale. I'd compare the work and results to PT after an operation. If you stick with it, you will love the product as I do!

These are way overpriced. They are not at all comfortable. I can only tolerate wearing them for about half an hour at a time. The plastic is too stiff and it digs in to the top and bottom of my feet. I definitely do NOT recommend these. There are better products out there that are much less expensive.

January 31, 2025 Update: Megan Childs from Correct Toes customer service reached out to me and has been working with me to find the right fit so I have updated my rating. I have made some adjustments and am able to wear the toe separators for longer and longer periods of time now. I do see the potential benefit of stretching the toes so I’m going to try to keep with the program in hopes that it will eventually work for me.

I cannot say enough positive things about Correct Toes and the truly incredible people that work there. . Designed by Dr. Ray McClanahan, this innovative product addresses foot alignment and toe spacing in the most natural and effective way possible. It’s clear that Dr. McClanahan poured years of expertise and care into developing a solution that empowers people to regain healthy, pain-free feet.

As someone who has dealt with foot discomfort for years, I was initially skeptical about how much difference a product like this could make. But after just a short time using Correct Toes, I noticed improvement in my foot alignment, and overall comfort. The medical-grade silicone is soft, durable, and extremely comfortable, making it easy to wear throughout the day or even during workouts. Not to mention I imagine it will last for many years.

What truly elevates this product beyond just its effectiveness is the absolutely exemplary customer service I received from Megan. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure I had the right size and fit for my needs. Megan's dedication to helping customers feel confident in their purchase reflects the level of care and passion this company has for its mission. She patiently answered all my questions. Her customer service was so exceptional that I will undoubtedly be a repeat customer and would recommend Correct Toes to anyone looking to improve their foot health.

Updated: Correct toes reached out to me direct and resolved the issue by sending me a new pair! Turns out that the customer service email I was using (on the website it says to reach out to CustomerService@ BUT their customer service said to reach out to info@... which worked!) Trustpilot does not let met put the full email address

Within a year these ripped and customer service has done nothing to resolve it. I am really disappointed in this company as it came recommended by respected physical therapist, Squat University.

It's rather mind boggling how Americans will support companies that blatantly deceive and cheat consumers. After a lot of research I decided to purchase a set of the toe separators. When you go on their site, the first thing that you get is a pop up box that says in effect, they'll buy your email address for $5 - $5 off whatever you buy. But when you get to the payment page where you put in your card info, it shows that you're only getting $4.95 off, which oddly is the exact amount they charge for shipping. If this isn't indicative of how they run the company and future problems you'd have with them, I don't know what is. After finishing the purchase, I wrote a complaint email and sent it. Surprise, surprise, never heard from them. And this was my second correspondence with them (they had replied to my initial question weeks before), so I know they intentionally ignored it. When the package arrived, I refused it and had it sent back. I will not support lies and deceit. For all you who do, stop your complaining and whining; you're part of the problem, as well.

Correct Toes does not stand by its product. I've had my Correct Toes for two years and have worn them a total of 30 times max and never inside shoes. They have cracked and are no longer usable. The Correct Toes were very expensive, so I thought that they would be higher quality and last longer. I reached out to customer service, and they said that the material guarantee is only for 90 days and thus would not be issuing me a replacement. The recycling program Correct Toes has in place seems to be greenwashing since Correct Toes does not think that their product will last longer than 90 days.

Megan is a superlative Customer Service Manager with extensive devoted holistic knowledge of her craft. She surpasses expectations and thinks outside the box. She is an asset to the Correct Toes organization!

Quick and simple answer to my question from Megan Childs!

Based on the size suggestions I should've been a size Medium, when I received the product it was far too small and I couldn’t even put it on. I emailed them about the problem only to find out it is made nearly impossible to get your money back for these. Horrible customer service and a return policy made to force you to keep the product and waste your $65. Might as well be a scam when you can find nearly identical products elsewhere that, if they don't fit, they will actually just send you a different, correctly sized pair for free. Don't waste you money with this joke of a company and product like I did.

I wear a size 12. Based on the chart I was a Large. These fit nicely but then they break in and begin falling off constantly within a few days. I look online to find out there are no refunds without all the original packaging and you are responsible for all the shipping costs as well. I bought from here because it was recommended by a review site. After my purchase I was informed the same product with the same level of reviews/satisfaction is available on Amazon for $5-8 depending on your ordered size and includes shims that this site doesn’t offer. All in all I’m out $65 and it was a complete waste of time and money as the product has stretched and become useless after 5 days and no available refund or recourse.

Incredible product! Lasts super long, adjustable and comfortable to wear. Very nice customer support.

I was lucky to get the best support possible. Super fast replies, helped me with all my questions and items that confused me, all issues are resolved fully in favor of clients. There was a sizing issue, no one’s fault - great help, will get the correct pair now provided by support team - will be on my new life-changing journey soon!

Correct Toes customer service is remarkable. Megan was very patient as I worked with her to determine which size is best for me. She responded same day and provided lots of detail. No canned responses from this company.
