Yet another scam shoes too small not correct sizes lovely email from the pretend Sarah Jenkins advising how to return goods which is a request!!! Bizarrely they have thanked me for returning the goods and they’ll be in touch when they have reviewed the return … but the goods are still in my home! Something needs to be done about this company ….

Agree with everyone else. Why on earth they send everyone the size smaller than ordered I do not know as at some point they must have the right size?! Am clearly not going to get a refund. This company is basically landfill. Protect yourself- check reviews and do not order from them.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! They claim to be British (based in Devon) but the shipping is from China. Delivery is way longer than the suggested delivery turn around; I placed my order on the 9th May and they didn't arrive until the 26th May. The shoes were ordered as a size 6 but they are way too small. Tried emailing and calling the contact centre (UK based mobile phone number with a standard voicemail message not personalised to the business) and had no reply to arrange a refund. Annoyed does not begin to cover it; they should be reported to Trading Standards.

The shoes are very poor quality.
They are not worth the price tags as there are so many alternative brands / stores that could offer much better.

The insoles were loose on arrival, the buckles didn't work properly, and the packaging and delivery service left a lot to be desired.

I deeply regret trying a brand I hadn't bought from before, I was trying to be objective but am so disappointed and wouldn't recommend them.

To add insult to injury, their returns policy isn't straight forward, you have to request their prior approval to return the poor products. This is ridiculous!

After placing my order (#2076 / Confirmation #2QAPQEUNG), I started noticing many negative reviews online about delayed deliveries, missing parcels, poor-quality products, and customers struggling to get refunds. That immediately made me worried about my purchase and I contacted the company requesting cancellation and a refund.

Later, I was informed that the parcel had supposedly been delivered, which is completely false. I checked my entire property thoroughly, including the front entrance, backyard, safe places, and surrounding areas. There was absolutely no parcel anywhere. I even contacted my neighbours personally, and they all confirmed nobody received anything on my behalf.

Despite this, the company continued claiming the item was delivered without providing any proper proof. I requested photographic evidence, GPS tracking confirmation, delivery driver details, and proof of where exactly the parcel was left, but there has been no proper investigation or accountability.

I also submitted the return/refund form immediately and even provided my husband’s email details since he originally placed the order. Instead of helping the customer, they made the situation more frustrating and stressful.

The entire experience feels misleading and extremely unprofessional. False delivery claims without evidence are unacceptable. Customer service is poor, communication is terrible, and the refund process is exhausting.

I strongly warn others to avoid Corvine Footwear unless you want to risk losing your money and dealing with unnecessary stress.

I was sent the wrong size, contacted 'Sarah' from Customer Service who has no idea what she is doing. They keep making excuses and have offered no refund or delivery of correct size. The quality is also appalling. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND ORDER FROM CORVINE.

So frustrated that I did not read the reviews first but the website looks credible and provided assurance on returns. My experience is the same as everyone on here. Took weeks and weeks to arrive. Wrong size. Cheap quality. Poorly packaged (well no packaging as such, just shoved in a postage bag)
Some woman was very responsive on email when I complained and I assume this is to frustrate the process and delay. They appeared to have a returns process which was an online form but nothing happened. I am 2.5 weeks from filling in the form and I have had nothing back. Lots of platitudes from a woman on email but do not be suckered in with that (I have for 2 weeks) but nothing is happening.

Avoid this company! Claim to be a British based company they are in fact based in china. Delivery takes longer than advertised as coming from China! Nothing about this company is British! Ordered leather loafers size 5 received size 4 plastic cheap copy. False advertising you receive a cheap version of the photo advertised! You’ll pay for leather and receive a cheap plastic version unfit for purpose! This company needs reporting to Trading Standards !

School girl error not reading the reviews before ordering, got taken in by the "Based in Dorset" "British owned brand for the UK market " spiel, orders delivered in 2- 8 days but 10 days later I get an email stating my order has arrived in origin city mainland China , not holding out much hope of arrival in time if at all, quality or refund so writing my £50 off 🤬

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is a scam company. Products are extremely poor and cheap quality, despite high prices, and once ordered you cannot get any detail on how to return the product so you are lumbered with cheap quality and no way to get a refund. One woman replies to all emails with automated responses that do not answer the question, just the same email template sent multiple times. It’s clearly a scam to ensure people are stuck with a cheap product that they would never use, which they can’t return and get a refund. It’s by far the worst experience with any company I have ever had. Definitely avoid unless you enjoy being scammed!

Recieved sandles after 4 weeks they came in a torn plastic bag & best bit was a size too small.
Ordered 7 got a size 6.
Got in touch with this crew filled a form in haven't heard anything since.
Quality was a joke must use pictures off different sites because these aren't the sandles l wanted wouldn't see these on a market stall would be returned.
Don't buy you will be scammed.

Do not waste your money. Ordered a size 6 received a size 5. Waited 4 weeks for the shoes to come from China. Their literature states they are an English company but you cannot speak to anyone to complain. They need to be reported to Trading Standards!

This company portrays itself as being based in the UK and can deliver within 3 to 6 working days and neither can be further from the truth. Despite sending me a tracking link which didn't work and responding immediately to queries,.It is clear they are not a UK company and they have no intentions of ever sending the goods. When I contacted them earlier today to give them a last chance to provide my refund they said they would sort it out and asked me not to go to the bank to identify this as a fraudulent company .. but I'm afraid they are. You have been warned. I wish I had been earlier..🥺

Shoes I ordered states pink Leather they are pvc very cheap looking arrived crushed in the smallest bag . Trying to get a return lable and a refund getting nowhere . Please avoid this company scammers

Delayed delivery; wrong size sent and so far a refund has not been made. Company director is based in Brazil and although registered it looks like a scam company.

I wouldn’t even give corvine a one star. My trainers arrived and were of very poor quality so requested a return. I completed the online form for return and they said they would forward me a returns label. Several emails later no return label so therefore have had to take the matter further with my bank. Absolutely no way will I use this company again terrible customer service for returns and quality of goods very poor.

They pretend they're a real shop in Dorset but items don't arrive for a month. The shoes arrived dirty and damaged. No one answers emails or phone calls and there is no information about how to return items within the parcel or on their website. Avoid

Wish I had read the reviews before placing my order!!! Absolute scam, shoes received are nothing like the ones I ordered, customer service non existent, £40 wasted!! Will never buy without doing my research again

This company is a scam. I have tried to return the shoes from China - 22 emails to someone called Sarah but nothing happens. Don't buy from them.
