Good quality for the price! the armor and accessories need work but honestly impressed on how perfect and thick the material and fabrics are which are really the hardest thing to do/sew. I always fix props and accessories anyways and it was cheap so I am really impressed

Cosfun is that kind of brand that cares a lot about the product and about the customer. My last experience was with Aqua costume on march, they helped me picking the size with my measures and all the costumes i get from them (Lucy, Kokomi, Yelan...) were simply PERFECT. Made in the best way, with strong seams, easy to wear and plenty of accesories! I also like the printed parts in some of the costumes cause they are veeery accurate on color and design.
The shipping was so fast and they give you the shipping code from the first mail! It's a pleasure counting with them!

I ordered a pair of shoes from them around a bit before mid January. So far on the “shop” app that I’ve been using to track the order, it’s been updated as “shipped” for weeks now. I would check the shipping number however no number was given. I tried emailing them about this issue but I got a poorly written response telling me to wait for another email. I have yet to receive that next email. The website told me to wait about 20 business days for the default shipping however I feel as if it’s been many more business days than that by now.

Same as others, my order arrived later than expected. They charged me more than what they said on the check out page and confirmation email. I guess it was the extra shopping fee? They never indicate in the email. When I finally received my order, I found out the sweater (not custom made) is defective on the front. I emailed them and they only offer $7 for the defective part, not letting me exchange or have a refund. The worse shopping experience. Do not recommend!

I had ordered a dress and paid more than the cost of the dress, almost $40, for the express shipping (4-6 days) and it arrived in 3 days. But it wasthe wrong size. They were amazing about it and told me they would send me a new one, and then I made sure to ask if it would arrive by December 1st, their site says to let them know if you need it by a certain day, because that was the day I needed it for. They told me I would get an email with a tracking number. I did not get said email, so I hit them up a couple days later. They sent me the tracking number and showed that they had shipped it the 18th (the day after they said they would but I gave them the time zone benefit of the doubt). I gave them until November 28th, trying to be understanding due to the holidays, then emailed again one the 29th, 11 days after they shipped it, asking for a refund on the shipping, not even on the dress. They told me today (Day 12) that they wouldn't refund due to "outside circumstances" and that shipping usually takes 8-11 days. I sent a screenshot of my receipt showing I paid for 4-6 day shipping, not 8-11 days. I got a response, and all they told me is that I could get $10 refunded. Currently fighting this battle, and I leave for my event in the morning. So now I am out the money, and still don't have the dress in time for the event even though I thought ahead and put out the cost for the fast shipping. UPDATE: They admitted they chose a different shipping method when they sent out the replacement, but still say that because they had sent out the replacement the day I told them there was an issue they are not at fault; even though they didn't send the replacement with the method I paid for, to ensure it got here by the date I followed their instructions and gave them a heads-up about. UPDATE 2: They are now trying to say that because they reduced their shipping prices, AFTER I paid $38 for it, the best they can do it $12.

I ordered a genshin impact cosplay. I had a some difficulty ti pass my order and the staff helped me very well. They also have a nice discord community.
The costume quality is verry nice I recommend it

I have purchased several cosplays from Cosfun and they have all arrived on time and with great quality.

Even when there was a shipping issue, they were more than willing to work with me to make sure things were taken care of and handled properly.

Customer service & product quality is honestly why I shop here more than other cosplay sites.

This is the quality I have been looking for! And the customer service is awesome.They are very responsive and accommodating. They actually went out of their way to help me when I was in a bind. They made my daughter's first public cosplay perfect. The boots we bought were STUNNING. We got a lot of compliments on them at Comic Con. Extremely well made and sturdy. I can absolutely say that you can and should trust this company.

I recommend cosfun at 100%. The outfits are of great authentic quality, no complaints whatsoever and have always had excellent experience with this company.

i haven't received my cosplay yet, but I'm from Europe and now i have a problem with Zoll(idk what it is in english, some tax stuff ig?)
+ i have been receiving weird phone calls and messages.

I ordered shoes for my daughter for Halloween and I paid expedited shipping so they would be here in time and this was weeks ago and they still haven't shipped

Placed my order with $30 expedited shipping on September 19th and it’s still not shipped. Was told the process is 7 days and 3 days to ship. Today is October 20th, well over a month, and NO update with shipping or any email to state they’re running behind but will guarantee delivery before Halloween. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase from them.

They promised a shipment of between 3 and 5 days, it has been more than a month and I have not received the product, I try to contact them and they don't respond, it seems that I am not the only one, they are really trying to scam people, I don't recommend it not at all, right now I'm going to go to the bank to bring back my money

HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered an item and paid for fast delivery. Was promised 3-5 business days... it has been 2+ weeks now. When you try and contact them, nobody answers simple questions. I understand shipping may take a while since it's probably from China, but don't promise 3- 5 business days and then not answer back. Super frustrating. Highly do NOT recommend orders from here.

I Love how Nice! I haven't percested anything from them yet but my friend has and the cosplays are great! They are all so kind to!

This is a really high quality company! All my costumes from Cosfun are so comfortable and met what I've been looking for to cosplay.
Its forum is also a good place to find new cosplayers and exchange ideas and tips to help each other!

The quality is great and fits very well! Highly recommend this store!
