I just happened upon this site while looking for shaving balm and to my surprise I found this site which had the most extensive range of products you could imagine. Within 7 days of ordering the items were delivered to my door and the products were superb. I will do a lot more shopping here.

I have placed my order on the 18th of Oct 13, and received a confirmation email telling me when order is dispatched I will get another email with the tracking number. I live in Melbourne, so order should arrive 4-6 days as stated on the website. I can understand delay due to transition, but it is rather frustrating I have received no updates on my order even though my money have already been taken out of my account. I am more disappointed at the fact that I emailed Cosme paradise regarding my order, and no one has replied me after 2 working days. I am tried to call, but as its oversea to the store, the number provided is invalid for me. I can only pray my order has been delay not anything else cos I simply cannot do anything about it. Lucky I bought other products on other websites (Cosmetic Now and Oz Cosmetic, which have already arrived yesterday).

Not satisfied at the speed, and very upset with the customer service. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst online shopping experience ever.

Two free gifts were supposed to come with the purchase, but no sign of them.

I'm not concerned at the loss, as these were just small items and didn't influence my purchasing decision at the time ... but I think it really comes across as dishonest when something is promised to the consumer but never sent.

I was shopping around and comparing prices of the item I wanted and found Cosme Paradise had the best results by far.
I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from them again, although it took a while to be shipped (a couple weeks or so) and my free item I received with it was broken.
But all in all I like this website

I COULDN'NT BELIEVE MY EYES, LITERALLY, WHEN MY EYELIDS ACTUALLY LIFTED WITH THE BREMENN UPPER EYELID LIFT. I 'M 60 AND NOTHING I HAVE USED ON MY EYES HAS WORKED UNTIL NOW. I'M SO GLAD I FOUND IT ON COSMEPARADISE. AND DELIVERY TO AUSTRALIA WAS WITHIN 2 WEEKS WOW FOR BOTH !

It's good shopping website in general just hope it can arrange the shipping a bit quicker after customers have ordered and paid. I had waited for more than one week after my order acknowledgement until the parcel was sent out from HK.
Their response was quick when I checked with them on my order status.
