I did not expect the high quality standards the cosmeticium can provide, the experience was awesome, the have arranged my trip I was treated as a VIP person , I was with my son 12 years old they have also take care about him, I was surprised that what ever I asked for an extra journey to other places they were arranging with pleasure.
The price is too reasonable with the package provided, I recommend this clinic to any one want to do hair transplant as professional treatment, I wanted to do the hair transplant in USA or UK but I was shocked the price of operation was ten time more.
This clinic provides a guarantee letter if the results is not satisfied they redo the hair transplant on them cost.
I want to give my special thanks to mr. Eyup for her efforts for arranging every things and I would like to thank the medical crews for the care they have given to me.

Cosmeticium is very well organised. All the medical staff has been most helpful. They do consistent and professional job. It is, definitely, value for money! The problem with the language was totally solved through a personal translator that each pateint was alocated. I hope that the results will be as promised!

I travelled from the UK to Cosmeticium after reading all the reviews online of people from the UK that had been there. Naturally everyone worries when they think of travelling to another country to have any kind of surgery. Honestly I’m so glad I chose this clinic, from the 5 star hotel to getting picked up by them for airport transfers or whenever I had to visit the clinic! Literally nothing is too much for them and you are treated like royalty the whole time you are there. My surgery was only done 5 days ago so I can’t speak on results yet but so far everything has run so smoothly! The whole trip went exactly as planned and so did the surgery. They are on hand 24/7 on WhatsApp and will answer any questions you have. Couldn’t recommend them enough to be honest! If it’s something you are thinking of doing I would definitely recommend getting in touch with Cosmeticium.

From my very first whatsapp message with Cosmeticium to a few hours ago when I had contact with them they have been totally amazing from customer service to surgery procedure. I had my operation on the 6th March and I am very happy with the results currently although it is still very early for a final result. The entire staff I had contact with were operating at a 5 star level making me feel very welcome and comfortable being there. My flight was held up on the runway when I landed in Istanbul for 3 hours and the staff member meeting me happily waited for me the entire time calling me once an hour to see how I was getting on. Any questions I have had were answered fast and in detail making me feel very at ease with this entire procedure. The hotel accommodation is of a very high standard, matching the Cosmeticium service. Aftercare has been amazing and very comforting which still continues to this day. I cannot recommend this clinic enough it has been one of the best things I have done for myself. Thank you very much to the entire team at Cosmeticium, you are a fantastic clinic!

Today I returned from Istanbul to have my very first hair transplant from the Cosmeticium team. Like everybody else, I was anxious leading upto committing to travelling to another country for the procedure. From the moment that I sent my first photos, to my arrival, to my surgery and right through the day that I left, the team have answered all of my questions and made me feel that I was supported and looked after the whole way through.
Cosmeticium team are so honest and really gave me the VIP experience. I would recommend this company to anyone who have decided to go forward with a hair transplant procedure. I wish that I would’ve had my procedure done sooner. Best decision ever!
Even though I am now back in Manchester, they are still answering all of my questions about aftercare. I will definitely come back if I decide to have any other procedures in the future.

Amazing experience. Very friendly and informative. Kept me updated throughout the process and even though they were pretty busy with other clients they made sure each client gets their questions/concerns answered. I had my surgery about 3 weeks ago and already seeing results and I’m happy I chose Cosmeticium. I’d diffinatly recommend them.

I was a bit nervous at first, but this clinic is no doubt super good! They treat you well and they take care of you for the time that you're there.

Best part of all this is the after service, Cosmeticium doesn't just give you a treatment and then leave you out in the cold. They really stick by you and you can ask questions at all time after your treatment!

the surgeons was so personable, so kind, patient and an expert in his field, in my opinion.
they made me feel at ease, they made me laugh, they made me feel safe.
every medic, nurse, driver and person I came into contact with at Cosmeticium from start to finish, supported me through this whole process without a fault.
Would I recommend Cosmeticium to anyone else? Sure Bloody, they were all brilliant. My operation went well, my after care went well and the outcome is great

I was a bit hesitant at the beginning when I was thinking of Hair Transplant in Turkey but after researching online extensively, it was apparent that I could trust this clinic to give it a go.I was not let down . From the moment I landed in Istanbul I felt reassurance provided by mr Eyup .He explained the procedure and answered my questions very well. I was placed in a 5 Star Hotel near the clinic and airport. Transportation was always provided.
The Surgery itself lasted around 6 hours. Their was a team of at least 4 people working on me throughout the procedure. Lunch was provided half way through. After the surgery I was given medication and supplies to help recover.
Following day I also had a post-op session with the team to check everything was okay and to provide further guidance.I've very happy so far with the results and happy to have chosen Cosmeticium.

This review should actually be 10 stars as both my partner and I had our FUE treatment done just over two weeks ago. Cosmeticium came as a recommendation from a friend who had a treatment done previously and I can honestly say this has been the best thing we have done for ourselves to date. We are both so happy with the result considering its early days. From the online consultation, to the arrangement of the procedure and then to the after care, we have felt comfortable every step of the way. If you are thinking about having a treatment done do not hesitate it is truly life changing. A massive thank you to all of the staff at Cosmeticium.

Cosmeticium is amazing! They took amazing care of my hair and not only that the hotel stay and the hospitality that they showed me was phenomenal! They explained what they were going to do and took the time to draw out everything and communicated the entire time of surgery. I look way younger and feel more confident. they welcomed me in the airport and they took me to 5 stars hotel as promised,the food was so good as well as the hotel service. In the first day,they informed
me by WhatsApp about my appointment.the next day the.driver was in time to drop me to the hospital to get my first consultation and the analysis
for the operation, it was smooth and painless I really thank all the medical staff for their immense efforts, I was really really relaxed and comfortable
After almost 10 hours in the procedure, they took me back again to the hotel to get some rest and my medical consultant was always in touch with me through WhatsApp.
the last day was the washing day, they gave me all the instructions after that I have to follow and they offer me a kit with shampoo and lotion and some medicines in case of pain. this was my experience and I am really satisfied.

Mr Eyüp my agent from Istanbul was the reason I came to Cosmeticium . He helped and guided me through every question or concerns I had for 8 months, He also got me discounts and added extras along with a wonderful 5* hotel with an extra night,
The transfers the hospital staff and facilities were all excellent, dr caglar who did my treatment was very very good at his job constantly explaining what he was doing and also talking in general, I am from England and did have some concerns before travelling here but rest assured you are in very good handa.

This place was so professional and accommodating. Every need was met and exceeded. Aftercare instructions were clear and Dr. Caglar was so kind. The front desk staff was so kind and seemed to genuinely love what they do. My transplant team was professional and very attentive to my needs. If i ever need work in the future I will never go anywhere else. It was a fantastic experience that I don’t regret. If you are reading this and are on the fence about getting a transplant, you owe it to yourself to be the best you that you can be. It is day one after my surgery, and I am already so much happier. I usually don’t do reviews but to put people at ease who are nervous about getting the FUE procedure Cosmeticium is an amazing place. Amazing experience from the beginning. Booking the procedure was very easy. Eyup responded to me very quickly and was able to work with my schedule to book the surgery. The transfers service, hotel, and hospital was all amazing. Very professional from all the staff. Don’t have anything bad to say about my experience. Very highly recommend this place to anyone. They made the entire experience stress free. I traveled from uk to do this procedure, very worth it.

I'm very very very happy to go to them felt very safe and comfortable, i came from Uk and stayed there 9 days they were all over me everyday talking to me and wants to make sure I’m doing the right thing .
