Don’t go to Heva
I went to Heva in July 2025 for a hair transplant, and I honestly regret choosing this clinic. Before the procedure, I was told that around 4,000 grafts would be extracted, and I even had to sign a document confirming this. However, during the operation, the technicians told me they had actually taken 4,400 grafts without my consent.
The entire experience felt very unprofessional. During the surgery, people were constantly walking in and out of the operating room. Some staff members were sitting or standing around with their phones in their hands, and the clinic did not feel clean or hygienic. Everything felt rushed, and the consultation with the doctor was extremely disappointing and superficial.
At the time, I tried to stay patient and hoped that at least the final result would be good. Unfortunately, after 10 months, my hair looks terrible. I was probably around a Norwood 3–4 before the transplant and still had decent native hair. Now my donor area appears overharvested, and the transplanted hair slightly covers a bit the hairline, without any density. It looks basically like I have a fake line at the hairline and mainly bold spots behind it. It just looks fake and not real.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed and angry about my experience with Heva.
