I had cosmetic surgery in 2017 that resulted with an unwanted scar. I stumbled upon TJL solicitors who are experts in cosmetic negligence who were very aware of my surgeon and his incompetence. They were supportive and informative all throughout my case. They gave great advice and quick to reply to emails. I didn't once feel stressed or uncared for during my claim. If it wasn't for the pandemic, im more than sure my case would have finished a lot earlier but regardless i got an excellent claim result from my case and im more than happy with how everything i went. My cosmetic surgery nightmare began in November 2018, with a well known cosmetic surgery hospital. I was completely 'botched', and extremely emotional and upset with my results and the attitude and lack of compassion from the surgeon concerned.

I decided I was going to take action and I was recommended TJL Solicitors by a friend. My initial telephone conversation was with Mike Saul who listened to my story and discussed with me what my realistic expectations were. To be honest, together with financial compensation, I truly wanted the surgeon to be accountable for his negligence. Despite lockdown, Mike and Sarah were amazing. Excellent communication and the utmost professionalism were met during my whole journey with them bearing in mind this was a very personal and sensitive case. Sarah went above and beyond to ensure all details were kept private and reassured me at every level.

Absolutely HORRIFIC customer service, these flakes messed up my legal cases with their slow cavalier attitude and poor customer service, not once, but TWICE. These guys had me jumping through hoops sending emails and photos and proof for months on end , lost my details, passed me from pillar to post, dodmy get back to me, forgot me, left me on read on WhatsApp time and time again...seriously.... I was expecting this company to be of some highest calibre considering they sponsor a TV show but no, the first time I contacted them they faffed about no calling back for months until I had no choice but to give up and agree to review surgery with my botcher, stupidly I went back to them gave them a second chance after I was mutilated by a non licensed practitioner and left with permanent injury yet somehow they dont deem its enough to take action basically because there's not enough money in it for them despite the fact I was advised by my gp to take legal action as my career is now over , thats not enough no? With 50 photographs 9 months of dialogue and a doctors report its still not enough evidence. Absolute joke of a company talk about add insult onto injury no support whatsoever dont waste your time and energy they are so disinterested and no empathy or motivation to act more shark whatsoever, dont even have faith in themselves to win their own cases when its set in stone as agreed by the doctor thats examined me, okkkkkkkkkkk

A few years back I had an operation that went all wrong.
I contacted different lawyers but I decided to go with them because of the way they listened to me when I was explaining what happened.
