**Update (3/8/21): Changing my rating from 1 star to 3. I received an email from customer service based on this review (I should've emailed them first). I had already gotten rid of my item but I sent pictures of it and Olivia agreed that the product was not the quality that it should be. It was too late to return the item for a refund but she offered me store credit for the value of my item. I can see why there are such good things said about the customer service, they are very helpful and communicative. I will update this again once I receive another product.

(1/20/21) So disappointing, maybe a scam?
Ordered a sweater that just came in the mail nearly a month after ordering and it looks NOTHING like the picture. The quality is so bad and it smells terrible. I wrote a review on their site but as it's negative I doubt they'll put it up. Be very careful buying from here! They don't accept returns unless the product is damaged so now I'm stuck with it and I can't get my money back.

We are so happy with our experience at Cosmique. The skirt my daughter ordered is darling and she absolutely loves it! When the skirt arrived, we discovered that it was a size too small. Olivia solved our problem immediately! She was quick, polite, and super sweet! A new skirt is already on its way! I can not say enough about this company and about it's wonderful customer service!

It is wonderful stopping at Cosmique, Their clothes are very unique, beautiful and creative. I just love their website.
Olivia, the wonderful young lady in charge is great. She answers your questions immediately and looks for solutions for you if you are having a problem. Olivia is very resourceful and also extremely sweet. Don’t forget to shop at CosmiqueYou will not regret it.

I ordered a size too small and Olivia is getting the job done very quickly! She is responding super fast and professionally; I will have my bigger size ASAP. Looking forward to shopping here more.

Was searching for a certain look and after my google search I ran up on this sight but was a bit skeptical of if it was a legit sight but I said what the heck go for it. I’m glad I did! I was looking for the item to be delivered at my door and I reached out to check the status and Caitlyn responded back very promptly letting me now it was delivered and whatever day. Sure enough it was and sitting in my mail box . Haha I received many compliments on my shirt . Very cute design. I probably could have designed it myself but I’m not going to complain I love it!

The customer service is good and shipping time was fine but the clothes are horrible I got a very thin long sleeve shirt when it looked like an oversized sweater on the site, the pants are basically made of plastic and were super short on me and I´m 5´4 my other sweater had a hole in the bottom still have one item left and I´m not excited about it. Do not buy from this store pricey for trash.

My daughter loves her shoes. There was a bit of confusion with delivery but considering the current context it’s completely acceptable. Great feedback, help and support from Caitlyn. Amazing kindness. Will definitely shop there again especially with 2 preteen and teenage Daughters who love their style. Thank you!

I registered on this site just to comment about cosmique studio. It is a nice project, I will use this site from now on. Will write my comment about my shopping about other brands.

So.. I want to make a long review about this store. Because I've been shopping here for 7-8 months and they really took care of me. There is Caitlyn in customer service. She is a very kind, understanding and helpful person..
They had a very good discount on Black Friday. I shopped for about $200, which was a really good discount for me. I am someone who likes to wear in aesthetic style. I shopped from many different stores. I saw this store on reddit, I've been shopping here ever since. My orders were delivered on time. I am satisfied with their quality. Their pricing is also very affordable. They offer discounts on certain days of the month, if you follow those discounts, you can buy the product you want at more affordable prices. The downside might be, there aren't many men products. Their sites often have women's products. [I would like more men products :)] Everything else is great. Men's products are very trendy. I bought 2 jackets last month, both of them are really cool. I bought a Christmas gift for my cousin today, I'll give it at Christmas time. I'm sure he will like it very much too.
Check the reviews before you buy anything. The photos of others are very good references. If you are not sure about the size, mail them. Caitlyn responds to all emails in a timely manner. Some people said that e-mails were answered late. As I said I have been shopping at this store for almost 8 months, Caitlyn always responded to me within a few hours. I really thank her for that. That's all I have to say for now. I can add another review a few months later. This store designs really good things. We do not know the value of good brands.

Was really excited about getting a few sweaters but the more I looked into the website the more I feel wary of them. More than a few items they sell are blatent rip offs of Lirika Matoshi's, Missguided, Nasty Gal and other vintage or high end brands so I would keep that in mind before buying.

Let me just say there was a lot of confusion with my order. Emails said I’d received one package and another on the way. It was the complete opposite. The person I want to brag on is Caitlyn. She was prompt in answering all emails. The shirt I ordered actually came from Thailand and was not the quality I’d hoped for. It would be helpful to speak to a person on the phone but I had a hard time finding a number.

I ordered a number of items for my daughter and nieces for Xmas. The parcels arrived in squashed up packaging, all sent separately which is ridiculous and am still waiting on one. The actual products (oversized sweatshirts) are way off size wise - way too small. They are poor quality and look cheap and nasty. Really disappointed. Tried to return but it's not an opion. This is not made clear at all.
Steer clear!

ordered something one month ago. Still not received. Email to the company went unanswered.

I had ordered a few items from Cosmique and two arrived but the last never arrived. When I reached out to Cosmique they were very helpful (especially Caitlyn) and let me know that they weren’t sure what happened to the package (got lost somewhere with a carrier) so Caitlyn gave me credit to use again on the website to order the item again. They’re great with customer service and respond very quickly!

Its made me happy that my favorite aesthetic style store has good reviews here. I ordered 2 shirts from the cosmique studio last week. I am completely satisfied with my order. 100% ADVISE!
