They don't deliver product and they to answer when reached out.

This is the worst brand and camera lens one broke with in a day of delivery

I ordered 5 items from there website on 31st of December, first they took 18 days to deliver my order after reaching out to them countless times, 2nd they left 2 of my items from the delivery for which I actually paid them. If they are not able to run business then I would suggest them to shut down, atleast, don't waste others time like that.

That 1 star also more for them I paid 100 rs advance for my mobile case but till now single response also not there from them

⚠️ SCAM ALERT – Beware of Cosmo Layers!

I ordered a phone cover worth ₹719 from Cosmo Layers, but till now I have neither received my product nor any response from the company.

👉 They don’t reply to emails.
👉 They don’t answer phone calls.
👉 Their customer support is completely non-existent.

This clearly looks like a fraudulent company that only takes money from customers and never delivers the products. No genuine brand behaves like this.

I want to warn others –
❌ Do NOT order anything from them.
❌ Once you pay, you will never get your product.
❌ This is a complete scam website.

If you’ve already been cheated, immediately file a complaint on the Consumer Helpline / Cyber Crime Portal and spread awareness so that others don’t fall into the same trap.

Cosmo Layers is nothing but a money-stealing scam!

Cosmoslayers.in is a scam website. I ordered on 11th September 2025 and, despite repeated attempts, have not received my order by the promised date. There is zero customer support — calls go unanswered, no replies on WhatsApp, and messages on social media are ignored or deleted. Many others have faced similar issues, either receiving wrong or defective products or nothing at all. If you value your money, avoid this site at all costs. They make false promises, do not honor their own policies, and refuse to communicate, making them highly untrustworthy and possibly fraudulent

I placed Order #CL22600 with Cosmos Layers on July 22. I received an email saying my order had been shipped, but when I checked the tracking status, it clearly showed “Shipment cancelled by merchant”.

What followed was even worse:

No updates, no communication, no refund.

Emails and DMs ignored.

I left a polite public comment asking for an update — and they deleted it instead of replying.

This feels like a deliberate scam disguised as a legit business. Their behaviour is extremely unprofessional, and their silence is unacceptable. If you're thinking of buying from them, don’t — you'll likely lose your money and your time.

I will be escalating this through legal and consumer complaint channels if they continue to ignore this.
