Went for a coffee in Costa in the Next large store in Camberley whilst waiting for my car to get its MOT in local garage. Only wanted a small latte. It was horrible, barely luke warm and very weak, and VERY overpriced! Staff unfriendly and no politeness whatsoever ! Wanted to go back and complain but queue was getting longer and the staff looked absolutely miserable. Looked around and tables dirty and not being cleared up, loads of crumbs on floor under my table. Won't be going back there again !

Thanks costa york district hospital. My husband lost his phone. The staff picked it up and kept it safe whilst we returned for it. Many thanks. So helpful, honest and trustworthy. Great place, would highly recommend.

I was at the Costa Coffee in Falmouth Market Street and just wanted a coffee and some cake. The lovely lady Kayleigh said they were out of cakes but, offered other shortbread’s, crisps and other goodies!! Out of everyone working she was the most attentive, passionate about the job and with the biggest smile on her face! Other stores i’ve been to ( Penzance, Hayle, Truro, St Ives) haven

Costa old bawn, very rude staff. Please train them to be nice to customers and not argue over the names of the cake slices. Not going back ever agin.

Absolutely NOT dog friendly and this Company's unwelcoming ‘policy’ is widely enforced rigidly, even in those outlets located in rural market towns, where large numbers of country based folk have dogs - but other customers with feral kids are bizarrely tollerated and are allowed to let them run riot freely with impunity.

And to digress, why do they always serve you Uber-chilled milk from the fridge for your tea and coffee by default unless you ask for it to be warmed up?

Bit of a strange vibe in the Costa cafe in Gloucester Road, Bristol. Funny stares from staff despite no problems being caused. This has happened repeatedly. I’m getting a bit fed up with it. However, the frappes are cheap enough and the cheese and beans toasties are back. I will, however will not be going in there if I can help it unfortunately. The staff in there don’t even know me and I get that? Like 8 times on 8 different visits? Please leave me alone my lovelies.

Absolute shambles of a place! Staff don’t want to be there and have no customer service skills!! The girl was slouched over the till, I asked what gluten free options there were to which she replied ‘am not sure’ ‘we mite do a brownie’ ‘it would be wrote on them if they are’ and she waved her hand in the direction of the food, I then asked if they had any cookies and she looked to the one side and stated there’s none left, she didn’t even go and check nor seemed to even care, her whole attitude and appearance was awful and not welcoming!! I have yet to have a good thing to say about this store, I would rather drive the extra 30mins to the strabane store where the staff are friendly and make you feel welcome

I parked at the Costa Coffee store in Abbotswell Road Aberdeen at 10:51 on 23 July. I met a business contact for a meeting and lunch. We left at 13:00 and we both received a £100 fine each from Parking Eye claiming the max time was 1hr 30 mins.
I find this disgusting that we spent money in their store and are now being fined for this. I think its grossly unfair to expect clients to pay when we parked in good faith and used your store. that luch cost us £224.00. That will be the last time i spend any money with your company again and will ensure I make it known that they scam their clients.

they don't even have the basic chatbot in their webpage. was going to complaint about the wrong delivery

Excellent customer service in Newbury Coastal Coffee in the High Street. Friendly, efficient staff 😃

Having lost a credit card, I tried to find a branch telephone number but like so many companies these days they cannot be found or contacted.
It makes question why a company as successful as Costa feels it necessary to be so secretive?
