Wonderful vacation. Beautiful accommodations. Transfers went smooth .Tours were amazing as well as the animals .

Nadia worked with us customize our trip so we only chose the adventure we wanted. She then assembled the hotels, transportation and adventures to accommodate us. Everything went exceptionally well, all the accommodations were great and the shuttle drivers were really courteous and on time.

I definitely cannot recommend Costa Rica Dream Vacations.

My dealings with this company reflects that it is less than forthright and transparent with its business practices. The customer suffers as a result. For example, when our return flight to the US was changed, I contacted Costa Rica Dream Vacations and eventually talked with the owner of the company. All I needed was to change a hotel for one night and the transfer to the airport. Before calling the company, I checked out the changes necessary and confirmed they could be made easily.

But when calling the company, I got absolutely no help and the reasons given were not legitimate. I was told that these simple minor changes were a cancellation of the trip, which is ridiculous (there was no impact on 12 nights in resorts), and that this was all explained in the trip materials I had received, which was not true (the trip materials simply did not state what was claimed on the phone). I was then subjected to a long condescending lecture on how the owner has “policies” and “business practices.” Of course, none of this had been disclosed. When I tried to explain the situation and how simple the change was, I was interrupted and the lecture continued. A conversation where the company owner interupts and does 95% of the talking to explain why a simple issue cannot be resolved says a lot about the company.

This is not one of those situations where the details are buried in the fine print. Instead, it is a complete unwillingness to help a customer with a simple change. And what makes it worse is that the business practices and policies are unnecessary, unfair, and unreasonable to the customer. No one wins.

From that point on I handled the rest of my Costa Rica trip myself. None of the businesses I dealt with treated me like Costa Rica Dream Vacations. They were open and honest with clear explanations and none had the unreasonable and unfair internal business practices like Costa Rica Dream Vacation. Our Costa Rica vacation was great. Next time I visit Costa Rica I certainly will not use Costa Rica Dream Vacations.

The response by Costa Rica Dream Vacations is filled with inaccuracies and mischaracterizations and the assertion that I threatened legal action is a flat out lie.

This is most certainly not a company for a visitor to Costa Rica who wants honesty and fairness.

I had a great experience from the onset planning a two week trip for honeymooners. The responses from Costa Rica Dream Adventures were always prompt and when phone calls were needed they were available.Also the assistance they provided when we had a mishap on one of the transfers was much appreciated. They made it right for the next one. This was a complicated trip and had lots of moving parts and appreciated their patience in planning.

I worked with Nadja and Costa Rica Dream Adventures for my client's recent trip, and they said it was one of the best trips they've ever been on! The airline cancelled their departure flight so the clients couldn't get there until the next day, and CRDA was extremely responsive and helpful in getting their transfer moved and alerting the hotel of their new arrival date. They were able to assist with these issues after hours to move things around, and were on top of every detail. Hotel and tours options are fantastic, and service with this company is excellent. As a travel agent I use them for all my Costa Rica clients as the options and service are the best.

We came to Costa Rica Dream Adventures with nothing but a rough budget and a few ideas of what we might like to do. Nadja quickly provided us with a set of itinerary options to choose from, including more beach-oriented, or more nature/hiking oriented. We wanted a bit of both, and she helped put together an amazing package for us. It was our first time going to Costa Rica, so we wanted things well-planned in advance. Hotel selections were excellent, transportation and excursion plans were on point and high-quality. While in Costa Rica, we felt like we had a life-line with local contact Abigail who checked in on us periodically and helped us work through a time change for one of our excursions. We felt like we were in great hands all throughout the process. We appreciated the visitor guide provided and the packing list. Working with Costa Rica Dream Adventures was just an all-around great experience!
