I love Cosyfeet

I love Cosyfeet. I've used them a few times now & always had a great experience. It's great to be able to buy footwear that doesn't squeeze pinch cause blisters, & generally make ur feet sore. Their website is really easy to navigate, & there are loads of products available. Orders always arrive in good time & in great condition. Even when my feet are swollen I can still wear the their footwear & feel comfortable. I'd recommend giving them a look, & try for yourself.

Recently purchased pair of walking…

Recently purchased pair of walking boots not satisfactory for the following reason.

The shoe tongue on the left foot is rubbing against my ankle skin and it is painful and uncomfortable to walk.
The shoe tongue seems to be rough and rigid.

The 'resolution' Cosyfeet are referring…

The resolution Cosyfeet are referring to is not in the customer's favour at all. My wife had ordered 9 pairs of socks in the sale for £29.50, including post and packing. The only offer from Cosyfeet now is to re-order, with free post and packing and a 10% discount resulting in 6 pairs of socks for £54.00, this 'offer' received 23.2.23. They have also said that when the parcel was returned to their depot I should have received an e-mail or phone call to see if the order was still wanted, but my wife received neither. All in all, a poor experience for a long standing customer.

Fabulous service

My mother in law (92) who lives in Bolton ordered a pair of insoles from Cosyfeet. As well as being ideal for her needs they were delivered extremely quickly despite the Royal Mail industrial action. Well Done Cosyfeet

are Royal Mail to blame for everything?

Ordered slippers on 12th November - they were too big on my mum so to get an exchange you can't do it online so you have to put a note in the packaging and send the slippers back, wait for someone to process it and reorder the slippers. That took until 5 Dec. We are now on 19 Dec and my mum is sitting barefooted in a carehome freezing. Still have no received the replacement slippers. The item was 48 hour delivery with Royal Mail but the company have not provided me with tracking, which automatically comes with 48 hour delivery so either they are completely disorganised as a company....or they didnt actually pay for 48 hour delivery. It is ridiculous to take money (nearly £50 for slippers) and not provide the goods and given the amount of other parcels I have received it simply cannot all be because of a strike.

Update, it is now 24 Dec. Cosyfeet's only response is 'keep waiting'. why am I not being immediately bring offered either a refund or a replacement sent out?

We can confirm it was despatched by RM48 service, and the link to the tracking was in the despatch confirmation we sent, however the industrial action by Royal Mail is causing significant delays to orders being delivered.

Unfortunately, we are advising that it could take 10 working days or more to receive your order at this time, this does not include weekends or days that the strikes have occurred. Royal Mail are catching up and we are confident your parcel will arrive.

We appreciate your continued support and patience at this difficult time.

Truly Magical

I have not been out for two years properly as I couldn’t find shoes to fit my very swollen feet ,as I’m diabetic ,I’ve received my first order from cosyfeet today the 5th of November and yippeee they fit ,I did order the extension straps as well and believe me I don’t know I’ve got them on they are so comfortable, now I can learn to walk again with shoes on my feet, thankyou cosy feet
