I recently ordered from Cosywood and I couldn't be more satisfied. The delivery and assembly went smoothly, and the two gentlemen who came were friendly, professional and efficient throughout.
What truly sets Cosywood apart is their proactive after-sales service, which is genuinely rare these days and very much appreciated.

Vorsicht bei der Bestellung.

Ein bestellter Tisch sollte mit fester Lieferzeit binnen 7 Wochen bis Weihnachten 2025 geliefert werden. Gleichzeitig bestand die Möglichkeit einen 20% Rabatt als blackfriday-Deal zu nutzen, mit dem Hinweis, dass die Lieferung dann erst im Februar 2026 erfolgen könnte.

Wir entschieden uns für den schnelleren Liefertermin ohne Rabattaktion.

Der bestellte Tisch wurde fristgerecht jedoch in der falschen Farbe geliefert – ein klarer Fehler des Unternehmens, welcher anfangs noch versucht wurde zu vertuschen. Es wurden Fotos des hergestellten Tisches geschickt mit der Aussage, leichte Abweichungen sein normal. Erst auf die Bitte die bestellte Farbe als Vergleich auf dem Foto abzubilden, gab Cosywood zu einen Fehler gemacht zu haben und den Tisch auszutauschen.

Was danach folgte, ist kaum zu glauben: Seit über sechs Monaten wird der notwendige Austausch immer wieder hinausgezögert. Statt einer schnellen und professionellen Lösung gibt es nur leere Versprechungen und ständig neue Vertröstungen. Verbindliche Termine? Fehlanzeige. Verantwortung übernehmen? Ebenfalls nicht. Die gewährte Rabattaktion für eine verzögerte Lieferung, die Februar 2026 nun um Monate übertrifft wird als Entschädigung ebenfalls nicht gewährt.

Dieses Verhalten ist nicht nur unprofessionell, sondern schlicht respektlos gegenüber zahlenden Kunden. Wer hier bestellt, muss offenbar damit rechnen, im Problemfall komplett im Stich gelassen zu werden. Ein derart mangelhafter Umgang mit Reklamationen ist inakzeptabel. Der aktuelle Liefertermin wurde bei einer Bestellung vom 02.11.2025 auf frühestens 01.05.2026 verschoben, Ausgang weiter offen.

Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, bei diesem Unternehmen zu kaufen, wenn man Wert auf Zuverlässigkeit, Service und Kundenorientierung legt. So geht man mit Kunden einfach nicht um.

Every contact with Cosywood was straightforward and handled professionally.
From obtaining samples, various enquires, ordering, being kept fully updated of progress, pictures of table prior to dispatch, delivery and assembly.
The two delivery guys took care assembling our table and were extremely helpful taking time to explain how to extend the table. Thank you Cosywood

Really delighted with the new coffee table. The Cosywood delivery team were very efficient, helpful and represented the company extremely well. The craftsmanship was of the highest quality and the finish to the table was impeccable.

Received our table yesterday. Somerset white. Stunning centre piece of the dining room for many years ahead!

Update.
Since writing this review, the company director reached out to apologise for the series of events that have taken place and committed to making things right.
I have now received a replacement table, delivered by their own Inhouse team who were professional and came prepared with various aids to ensure the process went smoothly. It was acknowledged that the previous delivery company were causing problems, therefore a wise business decision by Cosywood to switch to their own delivery service.
I finally have the table I initially ordered last year and it is made to a very high standard. Thank you for resolving.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid!
Ordered a dining table Nov 24 which was delivered in December by V1 distribution. Beware, this delivery company are not fit for purpose and dropped and damaged the table. They were rude, incompetent and spoke highly inappropriately to me (a woman home alone). Firstly, the 2 men struggled to lift the very heavy table, therefore tried to drag it through the house which I objected to, due to risk of damaging my flooring. They then unpackaged it outside and tried to carry it quickly though, banging it off my critical door and chipping it, en route to the dining room. Lo and behold it was dropped on one corner which badly damaged the table as well as my flooring. They then proceeded to ask how much my house was worth, where my husband was as well as speaking between themselves in a foreign language. I felt very uncomfortable and just wanted them gone by this point. They were very blasé saying don’t worry, Cosywood will send another table. All I could think of was how I did not want to go through all of this again. I was so stressed and uncomfortable in my own home. I also had to pay £145 for this shambles of a delivery!
I immediately spoke to Cosywood and relayed what had just happened. I was assured a replacement would be sent and that V1 Distribution would not be used again. Fast forward to April, the new table was ready to be delivered. However Cosywood went back on their word and arranged for V1 Distribution to redeliver but assured me they had spoken to the company who would send their best delivery men and make sure there would be 3 men delivering as 2 men could not manage first time round…this did not happen. Again 2 men were sent who struggled to lift the table. My husband was present this time round and assisted in bringing the table in safely. If he hadn’t have been here, the delivery company wouldn’t have managed again, it was a 3 man job. Cosywood knew this and should have ensured the delivery went seamlessly this time round.
Let’s now get to the replacement table, unfortunately after all this hassle the new table was the wrong colour. This was acknowledged by the delivery company, photos were taken by them and Cosywood were informed.
I also sent photographs along with an accompanying email to Cosywood showing the replacement table was sent in an incorrect colour. Cosywood replied and acknowledged the mistake and informed me the original damaged table would be restored and re-sent in the correct colour. I had my doubts about receiving back the original damaged table but was assured it would go through a full restoration process and would be as good as new. That last communication was 18th April. I have heard nothing since, despite sending several emails.
I am absolutely disgusted by this company. The stress I have been put though and the lies from this company is completely unacceptable. Cosywood have £1562 of my money and have never actually delivered what I paid for. Please avoid this company, the way I have been treated is disgraceful.

lovely table, very pleased with it. lots of choices of wood colours, legs, sizes etc . v happy esp as we were v let down originally by another small company.

The whole ordering, review, quotation and manufacturing updates from CosyWood was exceptional. I always knew the status of the order, communication via text, WhatsApp and email. Even photos to review prior to dispatch. A fantastic service. The table itself is a dream, high quality materials and finish. I’m exceptionally happy.

Really good updates throughout the process. I was worried about trying to get it before Christmas, but put at ease by Customer Service. Pictures before delivery is a good touch. The two delivery guys were brilliant and made sure we were 100% happy with everything before they left.

We are now the proud owners of a bespoke dining table - it looks amazing and is beautifully made. Easy to order, kept informed of progress and professionally delivered. The chaps took the time to put the table together, get it into a position we liked and took all the packaging away with them.

Unfortunately my table arrived with a mark on the leg. As this wasn’t picked up at point of delivery the company were unable to do anything apart from tell me to colour it in with a black marker. I understood it would take a lot of effort to replace the leg but I think for the price paid some form of compensation should’ve been offered
