Really friendly admin team and it was great that Ben called us on the day of inspection, so we didn’t need to wait for the paperwork.

This is my second interaction withCotswold Surveyors and it was another superb response from them. They did the survey on short notice and arranged everything that was needed. They completed the survey on the date specified and then followed up with a phone call to talk through the survey. They then followed up promptly with a comprehensive report.

Excellent and personal service. Both Caroline Oliver and Charles Brown were super helpful with communication due to the time difference here in China. Really recommend.

Cotswold Surveyors provided an excellent service from start to finish. Right from the first contact I had with the staff they were very professional & efficient keeping me informed every step of the way through the process. After the survey was completed the surveyor Graham Hawkins contacted me the same day as promised to give me a brief overview of the condition of the property. A copy of the survey was emailed shortly after. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Cotswold Surveyors who provided a first class service. Many thanks to all the staff I dealt with there.

Cotswold Surveyors undertook a Building Survey on an old stone cottage that we were hoping to buy. From initial contact through to final report this was handled with great efficiency. As promised, on the day of the inspection a phone call from the surveyor took us through the main points of the the survey and answered all our questions. The surveyor clearly had a thorough knowledge of this type of building and the final report gave most useful advice on ongoing maintenance, supported by plenty of photos.

This is the 2nd time we have used Cotswold Surveyors. Fair price and really quick appointments. The report was clear and easy to read, giving us a full picture. Would highly recommend

Having had a previous survey from Cotswold Surveyors we were confident in instructing them again, knowing that the survey would be thorough and we would be able to talk with the surveyor subsequently.

Although a new property we feel it is equally important to obtain an independent survey and have found this very useful in alerting the builders to one or two 'issues' which might otherwise have gone unchecked.

I’ve used Cotswold Surveyors previously and didn’t hesitate to contact them for this top up survey which they completed at short notice. Good communication from Natalie throughout. As before Steve’s report was comprehensive and well written.

This is the second time we have used Cotswold Surveyors. I'm been impressed each time.
Anna and Caroline helped organise the survey in a speedy and efficient manner.
Hazel carried out the Survey on our prospective purchase of a 1930s 4 based detached house.
She even phoned me from the property to discuss the initial findings. The Report was detailed and clear and easy to read. A second follow up phone call helped us understand the issues and risks with the house.
