bianca made it bearable when your doing 4 years and a lot of wallets its not easy

After going over all my info, you could have told me my situation was simple and I didn’t need to spend $695.00 for your service. I want a refund of some or all of what you charged me.

Methodical. Instructions on how to load the files easy. Responsive to inquiries.

Company made reconciliation of transactions easy. Excellent on progress reports as the process started to until received my reports. Highly recommend by me. A+ company!

They worked with me on all of my transactions at a better price than most other companies.

They gave me a better understanding on how other software products were recording my capital gains. Very thorough, extensive reports to help me through my tax reporting.

Customer service is great, gets the work done on time and with excellent results.

Bianca made what seemed impossible as easy as it could be. From start to finish everything was completed in order so it made sense, all of my questions were answered, and everything was completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

I've used other tax services in the past and ended up with a mess. CountDefi is great! They combed through 10 years and found my transactions on the blockchain and, of course ended up with all of the correct data. They're more expensive, but definitely worth it!

Unfortunately I was charged a lot of money to have a completely wrong report. I shared dates and amounts of staking to the company at the beginning of the process and my capital gains were off by over $40k. My accountant, untrained in crypto, found the flaws almost immediately.

I spent a lot of money to have them use there experience to make my life easier, but was left very disappointed and potentially left in a very difficult position if I would of been audited.

Update: If you truly stood by your product, you would offer refunds when a report is fundamentally incorrect. Your error resulted in a $40,000 discrepancy that could have landed me in significant trouble with the government. Despite providing all the necessary data, the output was wrong. I expect you to take ownership of this failure rather than charging full price. I am prepared to leave a 3-star review noting that while the error was eventually rectified, it required me to hire an outside accountant to identify your mistakes. I am requesting a partial refund for the service and compensation for the professional fees I incurred to fix your error.

Bianca and the team were great. Prompt answers to questions and explanations that were meaningful. Very professional process. I recommend them highly.

There are now handfuls of crypto tax companies out there available to help us with our crypto taxes/ forms.
The question is which one to choose and how much is it going to cost in relation to actually what they will do for you.
After comparing several different options I chose COUNTDeFi.
In my story; I am just a person who wanted to create some additional income to help pay the bills and more.
I started in 2020, and heard from many influencers that crypto wasn’t officially in the tax code and that I really didn’t have to file crypto taxes.
So I didn’t. That wasn’t my smartest decision. Now nobody is claiming this. Everyone is saying do your crypto taxes!!
My first crypto platform no longer is available to operate in the US and I had to withdraw all to other platforms.
This caused me problems gathering data from past years and I know I needed help.
I needed to get all my past years from 2020 to 2025.
I chose COUNTDeFi after viewing and reading their website and having a one on one phone (google meet) call with a professional representative.
I worked personally with two great people ( Bryan Boonzaier and Bianca Blackbeard) who explained to me what to expect from them. They helped me through my entire journey to accomplish my needed goal of gathering all information and preparing the tax forms I needed to make things right/ up to date.
They did everything they claimed they would do.
I’am so very satisfied with my selection to hire COUNTDeFi for my crypto tax needs and recommend others to give them a call as well and see if they may be your best option as well.

I’ve had a really positive experience with CountDeFi. From the start, their communication has been excellent. They took the time to clearly explain the entire process and made sure I fully understood each step before moving forward.

Countdefi's audit was thorough and they have a good process for resolving any discrepancies. They send frequent communication and document the communications well.

This company took the stress out of dealing with the IRS when it came to my Crypto account. They met over a video call the first day after I contacted them, set up a plan and by the end of a week, I had all the necessary documents to clear up my tax returns. Along the way they sent emails updating me as to the progress.
