Quick, friendly service. Turned up on time and fitted the 3 blinds we ordered with a minimum of fuss. Tidied up well after fitting. Excellent service, just like the last time we used them a couple of years ago. Well done to them all.

Had a problem with my awning and asked for their help which they did very quickly to my surprise, considering that I purchased the awning around 5 years ago.

Have a number of Venetian Blinds fitted in our Conservatory. Despite only being under 5 years old, one of the cords had badly frayed. Despite numerous phone calls to various blind companies in the area, no one was interested. Luckily I contacted Country Blinds and Shutters. Liaised with a gentleman by the name of Jay via email who confirmed he would be happy to oblige.

Enquired about Call Out charge. At the time, this was £65 which this day and age I thought was very reasonable. Also asked whether he could kindly fit a Velux blind whilst he was here. He duly obliged at no extra cost.

Extremely happy with service provided and will now consider using them to supply and fit curtains and roman blinds.

I enquired to country blinds about a repair of my perfect fit blinds. Chelsea replied very fast and got me booked in.

Jay cane over to mend the blinds and quickly established that these where not some that he was used to. He decided to take them a way and figure out how they worked, so he could fix them for me.

They were then returned the very next day, in perfect working order.

From the first conversation to saying cheerio to Jay when the blinds had been fitted it was a faultless process.The windows look lovely and I am still reeling from the amazing cost. He was neat and tidy and a very personable young man. I hope his business does really well.

Jay and his team were excellent. The initial installation of the blinds was carried out very professionally, with all fittings completed to an incredibly high standard. They even took the time to fill any holes and joints around the blinds, resulting in a perfect finish.

We encountered a manufacturing issue with one of the door blinds, but Jay and his team went above and beyond to resolve it, providing a brand-new replacement—which was very much appreciated.

Jay was very helpful and fitted the blinds in to meet a deal line before we had visitors arrive. The work was completed professionally and with a smile. The missing clips were supplied at a latter date and fitted in time for the visitors.

I would gladly recommend this family business to anyone. From the first visit they helped me, advising on the right fabric, style & what would work best in our room, through to the end product & fitting, nothing was too much trouble, as well as being good value.
