County Secure are amzing
I rarely write reviews but the service and professionalism we received from County Secure definitely needs a mention. We have not been able to open our large triple glazed Swedish doors for many years as the mechanism had broken. I contacted several companies, most of which were either not interested or wanted to charge over £300 just to visit. We finally managed to find County Secure who offer a free call out. When Tom and his colleague arrived, they spent over an hour trying to open the doors but soon realised the job required more investigation. They informed me that they could undertake the work but would require a further visit with their boss, Chris. They did not charge for the call-out or the hours work they did which impressed me greatly. They then quoted for new door mechanisms and labour. The price was extremely reasonable and we excepted immediately. When they came to carry out the work they spent the whole day on one door as it proved far more tricky than they had anticipated. This meant a third visit was required to complete the work on the second door. This took half time and we now have 2 fully functioning sliding doors. I cannot rate their service highly enough. Chris stuck to his original quote even though the job proved more difficult and time consuming. I would have no hesitation in recommending County secure and would like to thank Chris, Tom and Louie for all their hard work … from a very satisfied customer.
