Just what I needed!

I recently started using this 21 day coaching card deck and I’m really enjoying it so far. I can already see how thoughtfully it’s been put together and it is honestly just what I needed!

The structure is great. I like that it doesn’t feel overwhelming, yet encourages me to reflect and push myself a bit further every day. It’s easy to fit into the day, which makes it much more realistic to stick with compared to other strategies I have tried I the past.
I’ve noticed I’m already being a bit more intentional with how I plan and prioritise tasks.

Brilliant workshop!

Diane hosted a fantastic session that I’m so glad I attended. She created such a welcoming and reassuring atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. LIFE CHANGING

I met Diane at the Uk Birmingham black business show . I was lost and confused about my career and what step I should take for my life . She gave me direction and ignited my desire to pursue any career boldly and take necessary steps to plan my future . Great support and suggestions to enhance oneself

Diane has a very supportive manner. She gave great feedback and where she provided suggestions for improvements and ways to enhance oneself, she supported it with explanations and examples. It was a good concise course triggering me into action!

Fantastic coaching session at Teaching London

Thank you Diane for delivering another excellent session on instructional coaching. It built upon the previous sessions and enabled us to embed our understanding of the core principles of instructional coaching. The session was interactive and relevant to the work we carry out as link tutors. In particular, it reaffirmed the importance of active listening and asking open, reflective questions. I have a clear action plan on how I will implement instructional coaching into my meetings with my trainees. I look forward to the next one.
