First time ordering. Good service, fast shipping. The producet is what I was looking for and needed.

Their shipping is quick, their products are what I was looking for. I would absolutely recommend this site.

The website is easy to navigate, prices seem mostly competitive. Some of the item categories have tutorial videos at the bottom of the screen, which is very nice for people who are new to head covering (I don't actually cover all of my hair, just my head, and only when I'm in church). My hair is pretty thin and fine, so I do often wish the product descriptions were more descriptive--I need t know if a headband, for example, is made of cotton or of something more slippery, because most fabrics will slide right off my head. That's my only complaint.

The product very good. The S/H very bad. I had to paid extra S/H to the post office, since the package weight was more than the label indicated.

Very good sales when they have sales. Products are very good quality and prompt delivery!

This was my second order from coveryourhair.com and I was happy with what I received. It came as described, and they treated me with prompt service.

I have ordered from Cover Your Hair twice, and always had the best service. Both packages arrived on time and in perfect condition.

But just ok. I emailed customer service about how to return 2 of the scarves that had not been opened because they were to small. But never heard back so they are sitting here in the package. I love this store but not the customer service.

The customer service is spectacular. The quality of the items is wonderful. I wish they had more tichels in stock, but this won't keep me from ordering from them again.

I received my order quickly and it was as expected. I love the shop's selection, but would appreciate more options in the more basic colors of black, white, and beige.

I ordered the no-slip headbands to wear under my tichels/ shaitel. totally amazing product, fyi, and the service was fantastic. I got my headband within a couple of days of ordering it. Very happy with coveryourhair and definitely will shop there again when I need more hair-covering products!

I love the wide selection -- anything I need, they have. I once had a problem in which I did not receive the delivery because of something which was MY fault and not theirs. They were very understanding, professional, and generous to make sure that I got my items as I meant to order them.
