This summer I had the worst shopping experience of my life. They got my order wrong, sent me the wrong item, and on top of that, charged me for all their mistakes. Avoiding them is the best option.

I found this trustpilot too late! I have been scammed.
These guys are 💯 fraud, spent over $2000 US for 3 dresses and they were in contact back and forth when advising of stock and sizing.
Very proactive and responsive, even offered a coveti what’s app channel to communicate directly with when I had Q&A. Once I placed the order 2 weeks ago they said there would be another email with tracking information.
I never received the tracking details order and I have been following up daily on email and what’s clear a fake what’s app account as I bought those dresses for my upcoming vacation for my mums milestone birthday.
Terrible, aweful people stealing peoples money. Stay away these guys are lying, manuplative, stealing peoples money.

As all the others noted here, this is a scam. Same thing happened to me - bought a skirt that was out of stock elsewhere, then the skirt price went up (?), no refund. Someone needs to close this scam...

I found this company when I was looking for a difficult to find item for an event. I did some research and everything pointed to it being a legit site. I placed the order and a couple of days later, they contacted me to say that the item was unavailable and they would be refunding me within 10 business days.
I waited the 10 business days and no refund. I then contacted them through their messages and was told the refund could take up to 20 business days. That will be in two days. It's been almost a month and still no refund.
I also sent an email yesterday and have not received a reply. I will be contacting my bank tomorrow.
Do not buy from this company. Very scammy.
Update 3/29: I did start a dispute (got my money refunded by the card issuer) and today received an email from Coveti saying they were trying to process the refund and cannot because of the dispute and that I need to cancel it. No way. I'm letting the bank handle this now.

Scammers. Took my money then when nothing arrived they said they would refund me but it would take 20 business days. Waited 20 business days and they said ops sorry your refund wasn’t done, please wait another 15 business days. Still no refund. Avoid at all costs. Absolute frauds.

AVOID THIS SITE! They were the only place that found an item that was out of stock everywhere. I paid over $1000 USD and they said they sourced it. Waited a couple of weeks. Then they say they received the item but it arrived damaged so they will refund my money and give me $50 towards my next order. I wait 3 weeks but no refund processed. I contact the bank to file a dispute, and only when the bank finds the dispute in my favor do they contact me and ask me to cancel the dispute because they can’t refund me when the dispute is in progress. Of course I did not. Beware of this company. They are dishonest! I would rather search for a rare item on resale sites than fall prey to this company. They are preying on people’s desire for hard to find items. Also, they give their address as based in the UK, but they are actually operating out of Dubai. That to me is also sketchy.

This company is the worst retailer I've ever dealth with. I placed on order on September 10th. September 23rd, I get an email saying shipping is delayed, I respond I'd like to cancel my order because it's too late for an event. Ignored and the next day I get an email saying the item has been shipped, however the item was not attempted to be delivered until October 3rd. DHL wanted duties paid on it and I ignored and refused due to the lack of communication and my attempts to cancel. It was delivered anyway. I went to their website to request a return and haven't gotten a return lable in four days. It's impossible to find an address for a return online. I've sent four emails with zero response. Finally, I filed a dispute with Amex. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous, would never buy from them again.
