Bait and switch. Advertised beautifull pricey dress and what shipped was laughable. (Almost as if they took a picture of the dress and printed it on fabric. They made the return process such that I would have to bear all the return cost to China for a fraction of the cost to be reinstated on my PayPal account, and then they never issued the partial refund after following up with them for months. Do not purchase from this company.

Same exact thing happened to me. Ick, that material they used made my skin crawl…&that cheat printing…This company is a total scam! Thank goodness for the Trust Pilot app! If the offer seems too good to be true…double check on this site!!!

Company is a SCAM. Do NOT purchase. I purchase a dress skeleton from them and received a horrible printed material which looked nothing like the picture they use in their website. And now I want to return and they will not return my money unless I pay for shipping.

I do not recommend this site.
I ordered a sweatshirt and it actually looks terrible. A regular sweatshirt that is more like a t-shirt with a sweater print.

Sito truffa poco seri non affidabili meritano tutto ciò di negativo che si possa scrivere......speso 40 euro e non sò se arriverà mai il tracciamento dice Milano-Roma-poi di nuovo Milano io abito a Prato ( Toscana) Milano-roma- Milano non ha senso

I spent nearly £100 on four men's clothing from Cozyarn.com. The garments looked great on their website, so I thought they would suit my husband. However, when I opened the package, I was shocked when I discovered that NOT EVEN ONE of the items were as advertised!

What was claimed to be 'knitted' turned out to be low-grade polyester. The dyed prints on the clothes would not have survived a couple of washes before fading! I ordered two sizes larger than required, but they were TOO tight!

As these clothes were unfit for purpose, I contacted the Seller for a return address so that I could eventually receive a full refund; I refused their 20% cash refund offer. I paid a hefty £34.50 to return the medium-sized package to CHINA. However, THREE MONTHS LATER, the postman handed me the same package! With no communication from the Seller, I can only assume that they REJECTED it, so it was returned to sender.

Paypal suggests that buyers and sellers should first attempt to resolve any issues between themselves before getting them involved. Ironically, if this transaction goes over 30 days, it is automatically outside of the required 'timeframe', so they WILL NOT assist in the matter. This has been my experience.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have been scammed, I would suggest that you contact your bank's FRAUD DEPARTMENT to discuss that matter. You stand a much better chance of recovering your money. Stay safe.
