I took two course that were video lectures and enjoyed them. Then I chose a self-study course on Ethics. After the first 5 pages of the text only course, I found it a bit to "dry" for me and requested a refund of the purchase price. WOW! I got a response with in 5 minutes and it was done (with a personal note from Tad). Couldn't have been happier. It's all about responsive customer service.

In the world of CPE, I have enjoyed a long-term relationship with CPEThink.com and only one other vendor. My self-study is limited by state licensing, so I max self-study with CPEThink.com and add the required contact hours using live webinars and live classes. Tad offers many amazing webinars for free, and his presenters are knowledgeable and engaging.

I like the fact that you can download the questions to the exam and look them up in the materials. Learn better that way.

Great information. But a lot of different options that made a little confusing, but overall very informative.

This was the first course I have ever piloted, but I have taken many correspondence and webinar courses. The presentation of a somewhat "dry" subject was enhanced by the participative nature of the on-line course. I also liked the fact that the course material and end-of-course test could be downloaded for review and preparation to make sure that I reached the needed passing level when I completed the exam on-line. Over all, I thought the process worked well and the material (although some proof-reading was needed before it became finalized) was accurate and informative.

I would recommend this company to all for their honest & sincere work..

The site is easy to use. The instruction material is clear and to the point. Your test results and certificate are immediate.

A couple of the test questions were about specific articles written and did not really have a practical application or test of ethical behaviors.
