Beyond terrible
Beyond terrible. Don’t trust this company at all. Horrible costumer service especially CPSS of Orlando. I am one of their client and I advise you to run for your life they are the worst company I have ever dealt with and I am going to report them to the business bureau. My advise never sign a contract with them, they never did anything the whole two years I have been with them

CPPS is trustworthy and does what is commits to doing.
CPPS customer service answered my call immediately. Could see the issue. Order tech service. Russell Mimms called me the next day, schedule the tech to come. A confirmation was sent and a reminder 24 hour from the appointment. Nilson Hernandez arrived as promised with a peer technician. They did the work, explained it, and worked independently allowing me to continue working in my office. All done correctly.

dispatched to my home today - to resolve a small issue with my Crime Prevention Security Systems’ alarm system. I was thankful that Mr. Hernandez was the Service Technician - today - because of his previously outstanding customer service. Also, I appreciate CPSS’s consistency in prompt responses to my infrequent system issues. Admittedly, today’s constant beeping was self-imposed!
Once again, Mr. Hernandez was efficient, knowledgeable,

Nilson was an excellent service person; prompt, courteous; good natured as well as explaining all of his work and the security issues I had. I actually learned more about my system that I was unaware of because of his thoroughness.
