Crabtree & Crabtree Reviews

Super range of properties. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable team. Efficient and professional. We have booked with C&C several times & will continue to do so.

The whole process from booking to raising concerns found at the property were dealt with professionally and efficiently.

Prompt responses to issues raised and maintenance teams attendance is all that could be asked for in the circumstances.

It is very reassuring that such service is given for what we considered small issues which then gives us confidence should we experience anything more major.

Excellent website. Easy online booking system and good communication before our break and afterwards.

The cottage was prepared immaculately for us,
The instructions were all clear & the welcome gifts were much appreciated & very welcome!
When we had a problem with the WiFi, Carol went above & beyond to get it sorted, even offering us an alternative cottage if we needed it sooner than it could be resolved.
We would give Crabtree & Crabtree 10/10 for service. Thank you

Crabtree and Crabtree were professional and so helpful from start to finish. We cannot rate them highly enough. They went out of there way to get the days we required and everything was carried out so promptly. Thank you all for the wonderful friendly service we received.

Another fantastic family holiday using Crabtree & Crabtree! The house was 5 Star + with everything a family could need for a wonderful stay - spotlessly clean on arrival and equipped like home! Great comm’s before, during & after our stay & always on hand if needed. Would highly recommend C & C - in fact we are already looking on their website for our next trip! Thank you.

Found Crabtree & Crabtree very efficient & a pleasure to deal with. They answered a couple of questions at the booking stage very well, helped us find dogsitter options prior to our stay and resolved an issue within the property quickly on day 1. A very good service.

The company searched for appropriate accommodation for me, very quickly and were a great help. I've booked with them before, many years ago and only have good memories of quality accommodation on offer on their website.

We have used Crabtree & Crabtree a few times. Their customer service is always excellent and all the properties we have stayed in, including this most recent one, have been lovely. We highly recommend them.

Such an easy website to browse....booking straight forward with good customer service right up to and after your stay. We have used Crabtree and Crabtree for over 4 years now and would recommend them. All the cottages we have stayed in and many returned to are all of such a high standard.....We have never been disappointed.
