Scammers pretending that there is trademark infringement

These guys have been trying to sell me “trademark defense” services for a few weeks now. They send an email claiming that someone is trying to register my business name or some trademark related to me at the USPTO and that they will challenge and file my registration for a fee. They have at least my email and phone number but no idea of any business names related to me. Pretty obvious scam. They hounded me over the phone with calls and emails when I pretended to be interested.

I'm currently trying to get them to give me my back end login credentials and they are refusing. I've been dealing with them for at least a year and half and I've had 3 different project managers. I haven't received any of the original work without them trying to get me to pay for new products. I'm still waiting on them to fix my website. Total con-artists they should be in jail. Sold me fraudulent certifications and refused to refund me. Sold me three years of hosting but only honored one year. How is this company still allowed to do business?

I was excited to work with Josh Alkins to help me with my game logo. Told him what I wanted and everything was agreed upon but once he was showing me graphic concepts he showed me he wasn’t listening. No creativity on his part at all mf truly was terrible. Respectfully requested a refund he asked for another shot to show some designs and I agreed to see what he come up with. HORRIBLE again. Requested my refund again now the problem occurs I had to keep demanding for a receipt for refund. Mark Anthony was terrible also. Tell you anything you wanna hear to get you off the phone. Spoke with a “manager” name Josh and no help terrible customer service.

Scammers be aware . Here is my story with them . I want a logo for my company at 2014 and they told me you can revise the logos as many as you want forever until you become satisfied with the logo So i wanted this deal and paid for it over 100$ . Then the website disappeared from the web , i tried to search for craftive Website many times but its not in the web anymore and they don’t answer the phone and there are no traces for their company at all no facebook no web no phone nothing at all !! Then after a couple of years in 2020 i found their website again and contacted them they told me we will not give you your money back Neither we will give you design !! So they stole my money and didn’t give me the logo . But even when i told them im gonna leave a bad review they told me go ahead Go ahead !!

BE VERY AWARE WITH THIS PEOPLE !!!! they are very professional scammers that like to steel your money, after many months with them building the website and logo w asked them when was it going live, then they told us we had to by a portal and wanted 1200 more for 3 years of hosting, after many arguments "Samuel" which I don't think that even is the real guy name tells me his supervisor would talk to me, the so call supervisor begins by telling me why was this necessary but he would lower the price for the inconvenience to $800 which we told them "NO" since we had already paid for our website, few days later Samuel call again lowering to $400 for 3 years we should have not trusted them, I never had a good feeling about this people since the 1st time I spoke to the so called "Samuel".... I should have trusted my gut feeling. SO PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE BE AWARE THIS PEOPLE WILL TRICK YOU INTO SPENDING MORE AND MORE use wix.

CraftiveWebStudios, located in Pakistan per the NY times, is a fraudulent entity preying on American clients.

He goes by perfect American names like James Rogers and Scott Lucas.
Overpromises and underdelivers bc he doesn't have capability to build anything beyond what a below average 12 year old can build. He does the logo, and then delays and stalls on all other deadlines. I ruined my business with CraftiveWebStudios.com

Just do your research and go with a real web team. Call your credit company and do a chargeback if you already made the mistake of using CraftiveWebStudios.com

Craftive branding is a really really really bad logo design company, 1000% not recommended, stay away from them. Wasting time, money. Too much headache.

INITIAL CONTACT VIA EMAIL ON WHAT LOOKS TO BE FAIR FOR PRICE STORY BOARDING, I SHOULD HAVE KNOW BETTER AS THEY REALLY PUSH HARD TO EXTRACT MORE MONEY FOR THE UP-SALE SERVICE, BUT THEN YOU QUICKLY LEARN NOTHING IS GOING TO HAPPEN AND PHONE NUMBERS EITHER RING OUT OR LEAVE A MESSAGE. SCAMMERS!

Thieves - They will not give you anything you originally purchased until you pay for extra services. Extra charges never given to you in original discussions. We have now rebranded after only a few months of trading because they would not provide us with anything we purchased.

I do not know were to start with this WOW --- IF YOU HAVE ANY SELF WORTH - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A TOTAL SCAM - they have a 100 % refund and THEY DID NOT DELIVER - then they tell me there is no refund - ???

If you took your product design to a person in YEAR 3 level at school - you would get a better product - (not joking) read the other reviews here - I have never written a review in my life

Ps - They pretend to speak in American accents and then half way through they forget and they revert back to there Indian call centre accents - ( no slur on you nice Indian people out there ) but this is true -

OMG!!! Be aware! they will just waste your time. The only thing they did well was the LOGO. After they were done with LOGO, they started ignoring e-mails, messages and phone calls, they were getting sick one after another. I waited for business cards to be done for the whole month and I still don't have them. Do not take them! I recommend them only for LOGO. Everything else is just a waste, they keep promising and not doing! BE AWARE!!!!

SCAM!!!! I paid for a eccommerce website to get build. I paid them $3,100 for my website in full. Promise after Promise a guy name jhonathan telling my website is done and look like it is ready to launch. One year later!!!! My website still not live for my customers to shop. I asked for a refund nicely didn't work, I cursed at their reps didn't work. Had to file disputes with my bank and PayPal to try to get my money back. Spread the word on Craftive Studios Social Media Accounts to warn people this company is a scam!! Better Business Bureau told me they are working under a different name. But they are still located in Dallas, Texas. Advice get your website built somewhere else or you would be scammed and lose your money like I did.

You expect to get your project done in one year.

I used there services for web design and development on July- 2013, BIG MISTAKE! There services is horrible! The took my $1,000 and never ever delivered what I wanted and took them for ever to do the website. I asked for total refund?, they NEVER did I even argued with the guy name Kevin Marshall Account Manager as well as Greg Adams, they were totally was idiots and ignorant along with the poor customer service! when I call to complain about the site not being delivered on time, he (Kevin Marshall) started yelling at me when I called asking for my refund as their website craftive.com states, he told me to SHUT-UP and listen to me!!! I was totally in shock to hear that! So long story short, DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT USE THIS IDIOTS AND SCAMMERS FOR ANY ANYYYY OF YOUR PROJECTS!!

Don't buy anything from them they are claiming they are in UK while they are not more like in US spent £700 which I claimed that back from paypal.
They are only good at designing logos they are not good at website design.
