Disappointed, early order, late service.
I'm just mad I can't give them 0 stars. I ordered my costume end of August. Emailed them end of September asking about dispatch. They got back to me telling me it would be a different version of the costume since they hadn't any more of the one I ordered (I said that's fine) and it would be dispatched end of September. It's almost October and I haven't heard anything from them since. Suddenly I got an email from PAYPAL, not from them telling me they couldn't send the order, Saying I got refunded from them. Thanks for no notice, now I have to go to a local store and hope there will be ANY decent costumes in my size Available for my one night of the year I get to try and enjoy myself. I am disgusted with the service. Could have Atleast informed me they were unable to proceed with my order. AND now I'm refunded $25 short due to exchange rate. I AM PISSED.

I purchased an item off their website which was advertised for $83.59 USD.
After the sale was processed and I received a confirmation email.
About 2 hours later I received another email stating that they had decided to raise the price of the item I bought and that if I wanted it I would have to pay an extra $26.40 USD or they would just refund the amount I had already paid…
I emailed them back asking about their terms and conditions as they should have honoured their advertised price.
No response from them at all just a refund.
Will never buy from them again, this site is scamming people- stay away.
Racketeering at its finest .

I bought the $64.99 Hela cosplay from here and only had a small problem with it. On the website, it appears to have the open shoulder. When I received it, there was a white fabric covering the shoulders. At first I was a little disappointed, I expected the green design to sort of pop off of the fabric, when in reality the whole design of Hela’s costume is literally the entire jumpsuit itself. (Joke’s on me, after going back through my research, no cosplays have the green lines popping out.) After trying it on, I grew to like it more and more. It is comfortable, breathable, and molded to fit my shape nearly perfectly. The only alteration I plan to make is to open up the shoulders.
I plan to continue buying from this site! My next target is Kylo Ren.
