CREATE Fertility - Wimbledon Reviews 

Got treated in Raynes Park, we did Icsi to treat unexplained infertility.
The nurses/doctors and reception have been wonderful, friendly and they always have time to answer any questions. They make you feel in safe hands at all times and treat you with empathy - something which we unfortunately didn't experience in a past treatment.

The only part I would recommend is to improve the communication, as it would be easier to speak directly to the clinic instead of a general phone. Also the patiente coordinator you get asigned is a bit strange because you barely speak to this person.

At this stage we don't know if we will be succesful but I believe they are doing their best to help us.

We have received the best care and service throughout our cycles. The midwives, nurses and doctors have been so friendly, supportive and caring. Nothing has been too big or small in spending more time to help reassure us with facts to decide on certain aspects of treatment. We are really grateful for the wonderful experience we’ve had so far at Create Wimbledon and would 100% recommend.

Really happy with the service at Create. Everyone has been so welcoming, helpful and information has been really clear.

Our only advice for improvement would be to work on the response time for phone calls. It often takes 30 mins to get through and sometimes cuts out. We attended Wimbledon and the staff were lovely, though the decor could do with a spruce and a larger waiting room is definitely needed.

Very helpful and supportive staff with every step of the treatment. Their communication is so amazing. They are so kind and patient. Thanks to everyone there with special thanks to Jess who guided us from start and was very helpful and kind.

We had had such a hard time getting pregnant and with the nhs, when we came to create we were treated so well. The communication was excellent and we felt comfortable and supported the whole way through. Although expensive they have great payment schemes and will make sure your treatment is tailored so you’re not paying for what you don’t need. With our treatment we managed to get pregnant first time and have got a frozen embryo waiting. We had our completely healthy baby boy at the end of March. We will be using create again and would highly recommend them to anyone struggling. 5 star experience! Special shout out to Yemi who was amazing!

I had an appointment for a hycosy procedure under sedation. The nurses, doctors and all the staff made me feel totally at ease as soon as I walked in the door. When I came around from the sedation the nurse's were so kind and friendly, offering tea, coffee and biscuits and making sure I was OK, they checked in on me more than once until my mum arrived to collect me. I was abit nervous going in for the procedure but all the staff made me feel so at ease. I really can't fault the care here at Raynes Park. The staff really are the most kind friendly people.

My husband and I have been on a journey with Create in Wimbledon. I almost feel like they are part of my family!

Prior to coming to Create, I had been to another, larger clinic, and had a terrible (and unsuccessful) experience. I was told I had very low chances of anything working, which I accepted as I understood that my age (39 at the time) and low AMH meant the odds were not necessarily in our favour. I was classified as a ‘non responder’ as my body didn’t respond well to the cycle and I wasn’t supported at all. The reason why it was a terrible experience, wasn’t just the fact it did not work, it was mainly due to their eagerness to get me in and out and lack of empathy or care or options.
For the amount of money you pay, you would hope to be treated with respect and care but I left feeling completely disheartened.

Therefore, I went to Create aged 40 feeling quite pessimistic and expecting to be treated like a commodity, as I had felt in the previous clinic.

I could not have been more wrong. The team there are AMAZING. I do not have a bad thing to say about any of my experience during the time I have been treated there.
They never promised anything would work, but they didn’t radiate negativity either. They were balanced in every conversation, and discussed openly treatment plans at each stage. Fertility can be unpredictable and for me, at times I had some promising outcomes that didn’t work out, and other times I had little hope when my follicles didn’t respond.

The team there have seen me angry and sad. I have sobbed with many of them. I will never forget the warmth and care I received from Debbie, the absolutely wonderful nurse who took my blood each time and offered supportive words that truly helped me get through this journey. Also Nurse Kat, who was so caring in every conversation I had with her, and even on my bad days when cycles hadn’t gone to plan, I left the clinic feeling supported and hopeful because of her approach. There’s so many great members of staff and nurses Jess and Chloe were also significant in my journey and very supportive. It really felt as thought I had a team of cheerleaders willing a good outcome for us.

Dr Ivanka and Dr Panagiota handled my care, and I wasn’t always easy to treat. I specifically remember having a hormonal meltdown and tantrum in floods of tears (which was actually handled very well by the Dr). The Dr’s always had the time to talk things through with me, and I respected their balanced and considered manner.

I felt hopeful but realistic at the same time, knowing that there is no guarantee.

BUT with the help of the team at Create, as I sit here and write this, I am 12 weeks pregnant!

Even if my journey hadn’t ended a good outcome, I actually really enjoyed the experience as for me, I felt I needed to give it a proper shot before accepting it wasn’t meant to be, and I did that in the best environment possible, with the best group of Nurses and Drs possible.

I was discharged at 6 weeks once the scan at Create confirmed my pregnancy. I have since gone on to have a NIPT scan and have been told everything looks really good!

We are over the moon. I don’t think I would have got this far had I not gone to Create. Even though I have this amazing news, weirdly I told my husband I felt a little sad not being back in and out of Create!?

If anyone is choosing between clinics I would always recommend Create as I cannot imagine a better clinic.

It was a great experience throughout- everyone in the team, from admin to embryologists, is very caring and supportive. Nurses are always fast responsive, too. It’s very sensitive process, but they made it so much easier. We are so happy we chose Create.

Supportive and thorough advice and care throughout my treatment.

After years of trying to get pregnant with the NHS, we went privately and decided to give CREATE a go. Within one attempt we got pregnant and the overall experience was just so much better. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Poor service.
Waiting to hear from patient coordinator who is on leave half the time and says she is sending emails to “chase” up but doesn’t bother to update the patient.
Been told to wait 3 to 5 weeks for Pgt-a testing but so far been waiting for a week and a half for consent forms. Awful. Awful. So depressing to have to rely on these people for something so precious.

Also, after a miscarriage 3 weeks ago their counsellor has failed to respond to me. A lack of duty of care.

We used create fertility after being told we couldn’t conceive naturally. They were professional, friendly and supportive throughout the whole process. They explained everything to you in detail giving you a realistic idea of your chances. The medication was explained thoroughly and delivered direct to my home. The treatment we had only involved medication over a 10 day period during which we were monitored thoroughly. We welcomed baby Olivia into the world 3 months ago.

Create Fertility - there are no words to describe how amazing they are. The staff are really approachable, friendly, professional, supportive and thorough. I can't recommend them enough. Just amazing.

Everyone at abc create fertility Wimbledon have been incredible. Lucinda was our consultant, she was amazing answered every question , was compassionate and thorough with every appointment. Kat was our doctor who did our embroyo transfer , thank you kat your skills have made our dreams come true and thank you to everyone in the embryologist unit!
All the nurses were super friendly and so professional , you can see they really do love what they do.

I would highly recommend this place and haven’t stopped telling any friends or my clients who are in need of some special fertility help. How incredible we have these specialists to do what they do for us, truly magical thank you. I am currently 14 weeks pregnant and feeling fab!

We started our journey at the Wimbledon clinic in December 2020 and following a cycle of IVF we were delighted to have a positive result in our second FET cycle which resulted in the birth of our healthy, happy baby girl in January 2022. We couldn’t be more thankful for the fantastic team who supported us throughout. We will be back to hopefully extend our family further in a few years time.
