The team were lovely, especially the nurses! Magda and Daisy were lovely and kept me laughing even when I thought I would pee on them

Today i had my first FET and the service was spot on. I was looked after by Dr Jane,Claire,Noveline and Magda,they were really nice to us,answered all our questions with professionalism and care. Thank you for your support.

Daisy, our nurse, was so kind, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the whole process. The entire team was lovely, friendly and helpful, and we felt well cared for every step of the way. I would highly recommend Create Fertility to anyone considering fertility treatment. ❤️

We had a warm welcome when we arrived and during each stage of the procedure we were welcomed by each member of staff. The staff were friendly and reassuring throughout and everything was well explained. The nursing staff, Daisy, Louisa and Sabrina as well as Dr Beebeejuan were very professional and nothing was too much trouble. For an experience which was already worrying, uncertain and emotionally charged, the staff really supported us and reassured us and showed us they could be trusted by us.

My experience in create was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the nurses were kind, calm, supportive, and reassuring. They explained every step of the process to my husband and I also they made sure we understood what was happening throughout my treatment.

I would especially like to thank Daisy, Louisa , and Sabrina, who were there for me throughout my egg collection and embryo transfer. Their support meant so much to me.

Sabrina, in particular, talked me through everything during the transfer, encouraged me, and constantly reassured me by telling me that I was doing a great job. The doctors were also incredibly supportive and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the whole experience.

The moment we successfully transferred our little bundle of joy was incredibly special. Seeing the embryo being transferred was such a beautiful and emotional experience for us, and it is something I will never forget.

I honestly don’t have enough words to express how grateful I am to everyone who looked after me. The care, kindness, encouragement, and professionalism I received made what could have been a very stressful experience feel much more comfortable and positive.

I am truly grateful that I had the opportunity to meet such wonderful people, and I will always remember the care and support they gave me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I had an exceptionally good experience from Create Fertility Clinic at St Paul. From the very beginning, all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, supportive, and genuinely keen to help throughout the entire journey. They made me feel comfortable, well cared for, and supported at every step.

I would especially like to mention Dr Poornima, who did my scan on first day and last day at clinic and the all the doctors who scanned me and the doctor who did my egg collection and embryo transfer( I don’t know their names),they all were absolutely wonderful. Their professionalism, kindness, patience, and willingness to help really stood out, and I truly appreciate the care and support they provided.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The whole team went above and beyond to make the experience as positive and reassuring as possible. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent care and a genuinely supportive team.

The whole nursing team at Create St Pauls were fantastic. I felt assured and comfortable at each stage. I appreciated that the nurses in theatre all intoduced themselves and created a friendly environment, and Leanne talked me through the sedation so kindly. Luisa and Magda were thorough in checking me before being discharged and gave clear instructions on next steps. Thank you all.

First class on transfer day - see some new faces - Daisy, Claire and Sabrina couldn’t have been better - funny, calming warm and professional - the team had excellent chemistry too -Our doctor was 1st class, said everything steps by step so all clear.

I had a frozen embryo transfer this morning with two very gentle and supportive staff from the St Paul clinic, Dr Dotic and Claire explained everything well and even printed some scan photos at the end. Well recommend!

First class treatment by the team. Dr Enrique, Mejda, Morjam and Luise were awesome.

One of the biggest regrets of my life was staying at this Create Wimbledon, believing what I was told. I feel i was failed by their neglect, witholding crucial medical information, inconsistent doctors, oversights, lack of follow up after I told them I had an ectopic pregnancy post an embryo transfer with them. I did a scan soon after I left their clinic in 2024 to find out I had liquid in my tube, very likely from the ectopic which the clinic never picked up but i had several transfers of embryos with them which is a big no no. No surprise I never had a successful pregnancy with Create.

I had blunt insensitive language by one of their doctors whilst I was miscarrying, which she knew i was, such a traumatic conversation, later justified by the clinic as "outdated". This same doctor said everything was good for ivf, I asked specifically about a certain concern, 3 months later I'm told by her I need to have surgery regarding the same thing. Why not told 3 months earlier? Took my money in the meantime tho.

My first ivf treatment they sprung on me they would have to leave one of my ovaries with many eggs in an egg retrieval late in a cycle even tho they had a years worth of scans and could have warned me prior. Again happily took my money with this incompetent care.

A complaint I made was followed up with a lazy copy and pasting of my medical notes, endorsing the failures and experiences I had suffered. Not the level of empathy or care that a human being deserves, just another patient.

If you are self funding or have any type of fertility issues I would steer clear. The positive reviews I can only imagine are from people who got lucky early on. It's truly shocking devastating how I was treated, I have so much more to share, but there's a character limit.

Create Wimbledon in my opinion isn't a good place and worst how they deal with complaints, the person who responded to me, what an unpleasant response knowing what I had endured there. It's heartbreaking to know there are organisations like this in the world.

To start with the nurses Nirmala, and rudo who did my scans. Thank you so much you have been incredibly patient with me and been really supportive and so kind. Alison it was a pleasure to meet you and for all your support and being so caring thank you. She made sure to prioritise my wellbeing

It was lovely to meet Noveline and Marjam, thank you so much for looking after me you were both incredibly kind and caring I felt I was in great hands when feeling vulnerable. Both were very thorough when explaining things like how to take the medications. I really appreciate noveline for checking up on me to see if I was okay and was reassuring me to not worry and stay calm, thank you!

Our journey hasn’t been easy but we cannot rate all the staff at Create / ABC IVF highly enough for the support they have shown us throughout this last year! We were learning every step of the way but the process was made easier with the help from everyone at the clinic.

We would highly recommend and an additional thank you to Miranda and Bryony who made us feel so comfortable and as calm as possible throughout.

I would have liked to write a positive review of Create Fertility. But I can’t. Our experience of the place is unsatisfactory and costly. Firstly we had the failed embryo implant. No proper counselling or help after it.

Then Covid came. We were told to pay for implant number two as it was out of the period of our money we paid which was a lot. It was a difficult time Covid to pay for treatment. Since then we have paid multiple storage fees which isn’t cheap.

Dr Preetham Rao at St Pauls was great. She got us the result we wanted, first time around, after we had moved from another clinic that was simply unable to. We appreciated the more natural, less medicated approach, and Dr Rao's caring and patient manner.

We also appreciated having a single point of contact (Debbie) for all the administrative questions, rather than having to speak to a different person every time.

We're very grateful and happy that we found Create and Dr Rao.

All was great. From the start, super friendly receptionist. Helping with everything. Next amazing nurses, checking all the details and explaining step by step how the procedure gonna be done. Last not least great doctors. We were very stressed but thanks to you all went great. Thank you so much.
