Creativesolutionss Reviews

I paid them 10,000 dollars but, in the end, Alex made many promises with no follow through. Full disclosure was not provided and when I requested proof of services it became an argument. Alex was constantly pushing to sell more services which left two services unfinished at a price of $2,300 for an Audio book and 2,000 for a poem book. When I asked for a refund Alex began making claims that he could not prove upon my request because they did not occur. Following this suddenly my website was gone and social media disappeared. Alex said they were hacked along with my two books, but the poem never crossed the finish line so how could that be? Alex said he received an email about the hack but he never produced proof of the email. Alex, then wanted more money to restore the service.

Alex made my logo it came awesome I almost gave up on him but he was consistent he never gave up now he is working on my website I’m excited to see the end result.

Alex and team have been exceptional, walking us through every step from Web design to marketing.

am writing to express my utmost satisfaction and appreciation for the outstanding services provided by your company. Having recently utilized your services, I wanted to take a moment to convey my gratitude for the incredible experience that I have had.

From the moment I contacted your company, I was impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of your staff. The customer service representatives I interacted with were knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive to my needs. They took the time to understand my requirements and promptly responded to all of my inquiries, ensuring that all my concerns were addressed.

When I embraced the journey to bring my business idea to life, I knew I needed help translating my passion and authenticity into a visual identity that resonated with viewers. That's when I found Creative Solutionss (with two 's's) through an online bid for creating a logo, and it was the best decision I could have made for my brand.

The initial consultation with their team was nothing short of inspiring. They didn't just ask about the project; they delved deep into how I envisioned my brand and the obstacles blocking my path. As a medical professional stepping into the unknown entrepreneurship territory, my design and branding experience was a new learning experience; having been out of college for several years, learning something new was challenging. However, Alex and Jay from Creative Solutions became more than just a service provider; they began connecting my dreams to reality, although we were physically over three thousand miles apart.

Their approach to solving my branding challenges was nothing short of miraculous. Creating my logo was the easiest labor of love guided by patient helpers, but to me, they're nothing short of digital magicians. They meticulously crafted my logo and designs and walked me through the process of publishing two books while handling all my graphic needs. But their support didn't stop there. Facing the daunting task of building a website became an exciting adventure with their graphics team by my side. Together, we've made incredible progress in establishing my brand's presence online, something I could only dream of achieving on my own.

What truly sets Creative Solutions apart is their ability for unparalleled professionalism, swift turnaround times, and the playful yet respectful rapport we've developed since we began working together. As I continue my entrepreneurship journey, they will continue to have my support as a consistent client for all my graphic needs. Their creativity, dedication, and support have brought my initial idea to life and paved the way for endless possibilities for my brand.

To anyone standing at the crossroads of their entrepreneurial journey, unsure of which path to take in the digital world, I wholeheartedly recommend Creative Solutionss. They're not just a team; they're dream weavers, and I am a testament to their incredible work.

Great people to do business with especially JAY HARPER who follows through on things and make everything right

Jay helped me with making a beautiful card for my birth announcement. He worked with me but what I appreciated the most was that he was such a great communicator. He made it so convenient to make as many edits as I needed.

Our retirees social organization was seeking a way to improve our website. We found Creative Solutions offered a way to accomplish this goal which fit well with our limited financial resources. Within a short time our new, eye catching site was on the web.

This team is very upbeat and prolific. They go above and beyond to complete projects super quick. I recommend them for a fresh look at your business endeavor. A bit pushy toward not fully developed goals but a good overall experience.
