WORST PURCHASE EVER!!! THIS APP OVER PROMISES AND UNDER DELIVERS - CANT DO HALF THAT ADVERTISED AND THIS IS TH EWORST APP EVER FROM A MARKETING SOCIAL MEDIA POINT OF VIEW - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS USELESS APP - SCAM SCAM SCAM

for a month it worked very well, but now i am unable to generate puctures

Do not buy this product. It gives many 505 errors and they recently regressed all the models so that they are still stuck on 4o models (use to have Grok 4, GPT 5 and so on).

Had some miner problems in the beginning but with good support the problems got solved. Now the program works perfekt.

I purchased the PRO version. On joining no tutorial videos working. Then when I complained I was downgraded to basic. Now they won't answer emails.

Their payment is PADDLE again no response other than a BOT that does not understand questions or instructions.

I want a full refund but I doubt PADDLE will honour and will have to approach PAYPAl who I made the payment through.

The customer service at Creativio is excellent. I love their products. The pictures I produce with their Ai are amazing. One of the things that is important to me, as a fashion designer, is having the ability to show my clothing on models. With Creativio I can do that with ease. It saves me from having to hire a professional photographer, models and a studio which can be very expensive.

Product doesn't work (as a lot of other reviews stated). After several rounds with customer support, I asked to cancel account and get a refund, which they issued promptly, but it still cost me many hours of trying to get this fixed/resolved.

Sadly, it's a scam. Please DO NOT ENGAGE, or you will lose all the money. Once you engage, it will scam you to UPGRADE, and eventually, you cannot even access the system... I hope karma catches up with them

Please be careful. Say’s it’s a one-time payment of $27, but don’t subscribe. After paying, they will ask for another $67 subscription, and even if you pay that, you still won’t be able to log in. It’s a big scam.

Product continues to give "server error " message this has been going on for almost a year. They have stopped responding to support requests. But are selling another product with vigor.

STAY AWAY FROM THERE THEIVES

This is a terrible peice of software and don't be fooled by the marketing and pretty pictures. I bought the premium business upgrade and I haven't been able to generate a single background image. Keep getting the message "server failed" each time. Honestly a total rip off and a scam. AVOID>

A complete mess of a maze to try and figure out what's included with your purchase, it turns out you need to buy several upgrades to do anything other than basic AI image generation, or background removal. A little disappointing, but at least i got it on a sale price.

Fine, I mostly wanted it to generate product images using AI backgrounds and such anyway. But I just can't get a decent result from it. Anything with a person has horrendous hands (think horror movie), and basic objects (like a table) it sticks in a river, or scales to a very abnormal proportion, when compared to the rest of the image it generated.

I've basically been stuck just using the background remover, but I get a red "Server Error" message about half the time I want to use the service. I don't mean it fails 50% of the time, i mean it'll fail for hours... And this is about 50% of the times i sit down to try and use it. Reached out to support and they sound surprised, with no suggestions.

I'm looking for another service.

A good piece of software. Once you learn a bit about how to use it, it works remarkably well.
The support team is there for you, and no matter how silly your question is, they respond quickly and with full professionalism.

There is a reason you won’t find a business address, full name of the founders or ANY detailed profile for this “technology company” on Crunchbase or anywhere that legitimate tech companies post their corporate details. This Romania based outfit lead by Adiran & Cristian are also behind LeadsGorilla & Localio AI (which of course have crap reviews as well). Creativio is merely another smoke and mirrors marketing scam, designed to hard sell you on a “once in a lifetime AI product” with an “incredible one-time only payment”…After which you will have your credit card continually charged, despite the fact that you purchased a one-time deal and did not consent to recurring billing.

You will log on to Creativio to find that you now have a “trial account” without even the basic functionality promised when paying for a “lifetime founder deal”.

Furthermore, “Customer Service Christan” will respond to your inquiry of the unethical practices they engage in with the 3 D’s of Avoiding Accountability: Denial, Deflection & Dismissal. The level of gaslighting, ignorance and lack of accountability in the email I received from this clown Christian was not even worthy of a response. They do not care about their customers OR the “product” that they are pushing they are only interested in getting your credit card details and “A vinde gogoși” that’s Romanian for lying!

Customer service was quick to respond. Gave detailed steps to correct the issue. Sent a follow-up email to make sure everything was working properly.

Challenges with the product were user error. Support was fantastic in resolving issues. Christian responded quickly and took care of me. Solid company! Thank you for your help!

Super great product with very nice interface and features many amazing creative possibilities.

Customer service is First Class all the way. I made an purchase error on my part. Adrian / Christian, from the Support Group helped me resolve my mistake.

The tools provided don't help at all.
Despite the cancellation of the subscription, payments continued to be collected.
Customer support did not respond to this either. Your YouTube videos about this are completely wrong.
I can only advise everyone to stay away from this program!

I've had a challenging experience with Creativio AI and would advise potential customers to be cautious. Initially, I opted for a lifetime deal but encountered issues with unexpected monthly charges. It appears that additional monthly subscriptions can be activated with minimal user interaction, which can be confusing.

While I was open to a monthly subscription, I found that the app did not meet my expectations in terms of performance. Particularly, there were discrepancies between the product's functionality and its portrayal in advertisements, especially regarding the product image feature.

Furthermore, I attempted to request a refund shortly after my purchase but faced difficulties in getting a response from the company. This aspect of customer service could certainly be improved.

Also, I noticed a significant number of similar complaints in their Discord chat room, particularly concerning refund requests. It might be beneficial for the company to address these issues and improve their communication and service to enhance customer satisfaction.
