The Cred app is a low-quality e-commerce platform. Because they always promote substandard products using promo codes. please do not shopping through the Cred app.

CRED has been my go to app for credit card payments. One thing I'd want is that Amex cc payments should introduce methods apart from UPI since I am not able to make payments more than 1L at a time there. It's quite inconvenient. Otherwise for my HDFC and Axis cards it's quite smooth.

I like managing my vehicles also there. I don't know if any alternative exists.

The rewards - I am not very sure of them. I have a bunch of points and have used them in the past. Don't know what to do with them now.

The company has a bunch of fools managing the customer care system.....it's a nightmare to get the issue addressed. I had bought a collagen with shaker....and collagen gets delivered without the shaker, on complaining they keep delaying such a simple issue.
Also there are some scams going on and fraud companies listed like KIMTI AND HEXAFUN who don't deliver orders.....on contacting support they raise their hands asking us to contact their customer care which is non-existent....A well managed fraud with such small amounts that people don't bother to complain..,this must be in the tune of crores and crores of rupees.... authority should look into this scam done by cred

CRED is promoting SCAMs and Fraud merchant sites through it's reward points program. Never place any order using credit reward points and coupons as they will never deliver product or refund your money and pathetic customer service at CRED will tell contact merchant but there will no reply from merchant. So best is never to use CRED.

So, i placed order during Cred Coin rush, I ordered their drawstring bag and magnetic bookmarks. Bookmarks never got delivered, neither did I ever get a refund, I contacted cred, cred asked me to contact hexafun directly, I did. They initially responded, then after providing them the order number, they stopped responding and this has been going on since Sept/Oct 2025. It's 2026 already, still no response. Now, the drawstring bag, it's not even worth 149 tbh (that's what I paid for it). First impression was bad, but I was like "fine, since I've already paid for it and its delivered I'll just use it" my oh my, that bag is even shittier than I thought. The string/strap thing broke, and I've just used it like 5 times and not even aggressively..:)
Would suggest to NEVER order from them, the quality is shit, the support team is shit.

Cred provides vouchers of merchants liKe Hexafun and make us place orders. And even after 2 weeks, there are no updates on the order. When contacted CRED, they asked to contact Hexafun directly which I had already done several ways-whatsapp, email and no response.
CRED did not take any responsibility even though they were the ones promoting, providing vouchers etc. I even paid on cred directly. They are not ready to refund. Please dont use CRED.

The app is good but they are in cahoots with scammer.They are scammer, believe it. I placed an order in factory cart 10 days ago through cred and not a single update has been given to me. Tried contacting them through number, emails and support no reply. My order was pre paid and now my money is lost.

I have a great experience using cred app till december 2024. I dont know why but my upi is not working but i have requested them from their twitter support for which they did not get the reply from the npci. But i still use the app for shopping and other things. Its been more than an year i have been using this app. Keep doing the great work.

They sell products showing MRP 600, discount 55%. When product arrives, printed MRP is 300. Cheaters.
They dont transfer your UPI money in time to your credit card company.
Pls see my reviews other places also, Cred is not bothered but let's not get cheated.

The EMI which was showing before the loan amount changed after the loan was taken. it was showing total interest to be paid around 17000 for two years but when they processed the loan, it is showing 23000 and recently they have deducted EMI of 5131 twice from my saving account. when I try to reach to the customer care there is no option where i can talk to them, only bot replying to my message. why they are wasting valuable time of people instead of money back in their all the advertisement they gave only 83 Rs for all my transaction of more than 5lakhs

This review pertains to a recent transaction I made to pay my credit card bill through CRED. Unfortunately, the transaction failed and the refund was processed to one of my closed bank accounts. Given the significant amount involved, I was quite concerned and reached out to CRED support, where I spoke with a supervisor named Aman. He was both patient and knowledgeable, carefully listening to my concerns and reassuring me that he would do everything possible to resolve the issue. Thanks to his prompt assistance, I was able to recover the funds in time to settle my credit card bill, avoiding any late payment fees or interest charges. I am thoroughly impressed with the experience and would like to express my gratitude to Aman. Thank you for your exemplary service; it is refreshing to encounter someone like you who genuinely cares about assisting customers in need.

I explored numerous methods to resolve every issue here, but I was fortunate to include Peridot Focus, who helped solve things, and everything eventually worked out.

Sonali is the person I contacted. The cred app delayed the payment and I need to pay for the late payment. There is a clear rule on RBI regarding the 3-days grace period and CRED as the leading app in India and their agents don't know about that. Terrible support. So if they don't fix the issue, this one will be the last payment on CRED app (I am using it since the inception of it). And will be raising complaint with RBI ombudsman as well.

Had to gather up the documentation and other evidence that I had been duped. eviDenTltd... received the payment back a few days ago.

THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY,CONNING PEOPLE OF THEIR HARD EARNED CASH.THEY NEVER GAVE ANY REFUND AFTER FAILING TO GIVE THE LOAN,THEY HAD NO INTENTION OF GIVING THE LOAN .NOW NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE,NO ONE RESPONDS TO THE EMAILS.
I HAVE ALL THE RECEIPTS,THEY DESTROY PEOPLE'S LIVES & CONTINUE WITH THEIR LIVES .THESE PEOPLE ARE EVIL,VERY EVIL.
