My experience was horrible
My experience was horrible, you approved me for over $500(I asked for 300). We just need for my payment to clear from my previous loan, and when it did you guys now say I am only eligible for 100. Makes zero sense, nothing has changed. I will take the 100$ loan but will no longer do business with you, nor will I recommend you. The only way I see it is to honour the original agreement or provide a detailed explanation which your customer service rep did not. You need to have phone support which is a huge red flag too.
