Awful experience
Awful experience, worst decision i ever made signing up for an IVA. Despite being told it would only last 5 years then I would be debt free, it dragged on for 9 years. Now I’m finally at the end they are ignoring all my correspondence regarding closing down my account and paying back the overpayment I have made.

Already left one review
Already left one review, it has got worse after taking money onto our mortgage to settle the debt. They are now demanding 52 thousand from my wife who her total debt was only 12000 remaining. Apparently this is down to interest. How they work is awful. I have put an email of complaint in and I will go the ombudsman. My wife had a email stating the iva was closed after final payment. Now they want 52 thousand. I hope the re look at this as my wife is really stressed. I hope they sort this out as they were good at the start.
