Jason and Sean were the best to work with!! Answered very quickly the many questions I kept asking and provided plenty of examples to know we couldn't live without the reports. They didn't give up until we were all happy. LOL

Comprehensive accurate credit data for both domestic and international companies.

Dallas is great dealing with our contract renewal.

The data base is good and support is available and responsive.

Problems from the very beginning. Order confirmation had incorrect contract dates and needed to be revised. Communication was lacking in response time. Process workflows are unclear and need more explinations. Invoice correction requested sevral times with no response. At this point I'm not sure if the change over from previous credit provider was worth it. Patience is running thin.
