Their price is way too high for the service they're providing $189 and then plus a starting fee I think it was $200 and some odd dollars and they have a guarantee that they get stuff off your credit so they got some of the stuff off the credit yeah they did something but when I asked in the beginning of the month for a refund of the money they charged me they told me that they couldn't refund my money and I'm going on past 70 Days they have slippery ways of doing business they get you in on that let's charge your credit card automatic I think they was not accountable for what they do I will give them zero Stars there was no calls from this company about what they was doing for me soon as I signed up is just take your money I keep on taking it ((((((( do not do business)))))))......

90 day money back guarantee is a scam. Basically you pay around $400 to MAYBE have 1 negative comment deleted from your credit, then once they have JUST ONE THING DELETED, THEY REFUSE TO GIVE YOU THE 90 DAY REFUND. SCAM ON THE MIDDLE CLASS TRYING TO GET THEIR CREDIT ON TRACK. DO NOT PAY THEM

For everyone trying to boost your credit score, ABSOLUTELY, stay away from this operation.
I tried to cancel my subscription for 2 months and their employees are trained to refuse every time.
Additionally, they charge $100's upfront and, also upfront for each month of service.
AFTER CANCELLATION, EVEN IF YOU CANCEL close to the end of the month, they will stall and grab your money with one last auto-withdrawal THE NEXT MONTH...STAY AWAY!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!

but I had worse experience with them ... bought there service for $79/month ... paying since August and nothing happened at all ... zero/zip, today in Nov, 24, cancelled, wasted my money time for 4 months and no benefit at all ...

When you have made some mistakes due to things out of your control, it can be very embarrassing. I called Credit Saint (again) and they were right there to help!! I just spoke to an empathetic and caring Representative at Credit Saint named “Vicki”. She really made me feel better and helped to reduce the “stigma”, because my credit right now is not where I want it to be. She did not make me feel bad, but she offered sound guidance regarding taking care of my credit. I was talking to a real person, not someone just trying to get me to sign up and that’s that. Everyone needs a Representative that is responsive and caring, because Credit Saint is a Saint!!!

Credit Saint did exactly what they said they would do and in a timely manner . I would recommend them to my friends.
They can help you resolve any credit issue you may have.

SCAM!! I did the 90 day program. It cost me roughly $700 and my credit score didn't budge. SCAM !!! They have hundreds of (paid for) fake positive reviews online. DONT DO IT!!

These are a scam company, they did not work on my account and they refuse to refund my money. Never do business with them.

Called to get some information. Decided to think about if this was right for me. The attitude of the REP dramatically changed. Being nasty, and not welcoming. Trying to guilt me saying I'm wasting his time calling. That just goes to show they are trying to get you.
I kept hearing the "90 day" guarantee, but you have to have the service for 90 days before asking for a refund.

Notice how on these reviews no one says this company actually fixed their credit. Interesting, are these paid reviews? I don't just want good customer service, I want my actual credit repaired. Can you get the job done is the question and I'm choosing not to call because no one has stated their credit was actually repaired.

I used them for 5 months, they are useless, my credit went up mostly because i paid off some collections and they took the credit for. Also they are connected with this "Guards Law" group. A bunch of lawyers with no headquarters operating remotely from their own homes, they will take 90% of the lawsuit results and give you peanuts! they will promise you 80% of the money so be aware of credit saint specialists when they call you and trying to convince you to sign up with Guards Law !
