Lack of Correspondence

I ordered and paid for 100ml Cremo Italian Bergamot on 10-04-2026.
When I placed my order the price was £34.95, and your website said the order would be discounted by 15% and included Free Delivery within 3 to 5 days. The 15% discount was applied but I was charged for delivery.
However, I have not received any email confirmation of the order even though the money was taken from my account within 24 hours and I have not received any other correspondence regarding the delivery of my order.
I have however, received numerous sales emails offering me a further 15% discounts on further orders.
As such I checked the Cremo website and put in my account details and it states I have no orders pending but I have placed and paid for an order.
I am beginning to regret not having checked Trustpilot before I place my order and I am worried I will not receive my goods

Awful customer service

Ordered 4 blades 21/3. Cremo state sent to Evri 23/3.
Evri still awaiting parcel. Numerous e-mails to help desk, even help desk in US along with unanswered phone calls. Stock reply to other complaints this site is a joke.
Went on Amazon got the blades next day what is the problem with this company.
Even almost got scammed when I got hold of a what’s app number for this shower of rubbish. Started a refund complaint with bank as this company unlikely to reimburse me.

Terrible service

Terrible service, ordered the shower gels on the 9 March, still waiting 10 days later. I cannot believe the parent company is letting them get away with this shabby approach. Emailed them no reply, phoned them answer machine.

Edgewell needs to get a grip on this shambles before it starts harming the brand.

Ordered from Cremo following reading a review. Evri was entrusted to deliver my order that was left outside my property in plain view of passing public. Needless to say it didn't take long for someone to pick it up.
Trying to get through the customer service bots is impossible and frustrating at best. Evri taking no responsibility for poor delivery practice. I'm aware that Cremo did fulfil the purchase but neither company involved in this transaction are helpful when something goes wrong. I won't be using Cremo again.

Certainly the last time I will bother, Mancave far better service/products.

Appalling non existent customer service

Order no 19978 I brought from this company before and it was ok I did a second order and when it arrived one of the bottles had opened and lost most of its contents all over the other items, packing was very poor they had just put 4 bottles in a large box, no padding or tape on the bottle tops! I filed a claim sent pictures etc on the ticket system they use and heard nothing, I waited a few days and did the same thing, nothing I found an email on the shop app and sent two emails over a week, nothing back, I put a claim in through the shop app, still no reply from Cremo co, now I’m going to file a chargeback, they have zero customer service, appalling way to treat a returning customer, I won’t be buying again from them, I will get my money back eventually I’m sure of that, unfortunately they do some nice products but it’s not worth the hassle when it goes wrong

A bottle opening in transit and leaking over the rest of your items shouldn’t happen, and the packaging clearly wasn’t up to the standard it should be. That’s on us.

What’s even more concerning is that you took the time to send photos and reach out several times, and still didn’t get a response. That’s not acceptable, especially for someone who has ordered from us before. You deserved a proper reply and a quick resolution, and I’m really sorry we let you down.

Bought the Black Spice and Vanilla…

Bought the Black Spice and Vanilla after shave. Awful. No spice at all and overpouring smell or vanilla. It smells like the dog when he returns from the groomer. Very disappointed indeed and would not use it at all. Smells very cheap.

I wrote to their customer service asking how I leave a review on their site and got no reply at all.

I note that their customer service don't seem to respond to any reviews on here unlike other companies who do care about their reputation.

Appalling customer service

Placed order at start of December for multiple products, no delivery update, no communication, no response to my three emails. Overall a disgraceful experience and appalling customer service as its non existent. I would highly advise avoiding this company.

Poor customer service! Avoid!

Thank you cremo for your reply. Although where can I send my order number? I’ve e mailed at least five times with this and you simply don’t reply.

Have used Cremo a lot over the years and always been very happy with their products. Shower gels smell amazing and are thick and a good price. However when anything goes wrong, they don’t seem to care! They sent my Christmas parcel and one bottle had leaked all over the others, leaving me with a half bottle and a mess! I e-mailed them, again and again and they do not even bother to reply! Shame to lose customers, but maybe they don’t need them. Wont be buying again!

Goods ordered by not delivered

Having purchased various Cremo products in the past I had no concerns about ordering directly from them.
However, I have also encountered issues similar to other reviewers. Placed order 8th November, showed in the Evri app as “ expecting your parcel from Cremo but it never arrived. I contacted Cremo via their website twice but no response. As I’d purchased using my credit card I made a claim via my provider and have since received a full refund.
Whilst the purchase was under £100 this is covered under a Chargeback” agreement with visa and Mastercard and your credit card provider should investigate and initiate a refund if no goods received . If the amount is over £100 then section 75 of the consumer credit Act applies and your credit card provider will still get involved.
I was able to claim via my banking app, so hopefully for anyone else who did not receive their order they should be able to make a claim.

Taken the Money but No Delivery

I paid for a product selection and waited 8 days before making contact enquiring about a delivery slot. I was ignored.
I waited a 4 days, now 12 days from order and made contact again. Again I was ignored.
Quick to take money and failure to deliver or even respond to messages on their ‘helpline’.
I would buy your product elsewhere.

Response after 3 months from Cremo customer services

Ordered on 20 November 2025. Evri failed to deliver. Parcel still missing. Customer service appalling as the email response is computer generated. The phone number is a message service and no one returns calls.

I am out of pocket nearly £30 and still waiting for a useful conversation. Evri say it is the sellers responsibility to replace or refund. Difficult hence no one responds!

In January I went through the bank refund process to get a refund.

The matter has been resolved following a phone call from customer services on 23 February 2026.

Quality product for the price and very fast delivery

Placed my order at 12:30am yesterday and it has been delivered today at 1:30pm. Very fast dispatch and delivery (through Evri) for me. Not sure what is happening with the other reviewers on Trustpilot who have had delivery issues. (I am in the UK and ordered through their uk site : uk.cremocompany.com).

I thought I’d try the Spice and Black Vanilla EDT having seen that it gets great reviews. For the price, I’m impressed (even though I did use a discount code / new customer offer for 15% off). I think the product is worth the money.

The fragrance itself will not trump my favourite aftershave but will be a great addition to my collection for work / daytime use.

The Spice and Black Vanilla fragrance is definitely more masculine and is warm and woodsy. I am sure I will get a few positive comments when I wear it. It does remind me of another fragrance, ‘Spicebomb’ by Viktor&Rolf. But given my love for the pricier options, I think this is an expensive smelling option for a very reasonable price.

Terrible service & communication

I ordered shower gels 2 weeks ago & the delivery stated 2-4 working days. I contacted Cremo last week on 2 occasions to request an update for delivery but they just ignore the emails as I have had no communication by return. I have ordered from this company a few times in the last 2 years but this will definitely be the last time.
