I have been using cressi tropical mask for a few years now, been gone through about 3 masks now. This time is the first I've had to use their customer service and I'm sharing my experience.
During a normal swim at the community pool, the strap snapped after the 3rd use. I emailed their customer service and was told that they normally don't offer replacements (Really?) but as a one time gesture of good faith they will send me the strap only. 2 months later, I don't get the strap but the latching buckles only.
This is absolutely awful customer support, I've had this exact instance with Speedo numerous times and they just send me the complete mask replacement when I used to buy them. As such, I will be going back to using speedo masks as this experience has been awful.
Cressi aquawing très mauvais
J'ai récemment acheté le Cressi Aquawing, et j'en suis très déçue. Il manque un 'dump' côté droit, les seules possibilités d'évacuation sont toutes les 2 côtés gauche. Le donut est mal équilibré, j'ai l'impression d'être de nouveau en train d'apprendre à gérer ma flottabilité comme si j'étais open water, même après avoir testé l'aquawing pour une dizaine de plongées. Le donut est très grand et ne fonctionnerait que pour des gens très volumineux. Du coup j'ai du acheté un autre BCD dont je suis ravie.

Ho acquistato un sup della Cressi ed esattamente il Fluid All Round.
Dopo tre utilizzi e scoppiato facendomi spaventare e mettendomi in serie difficoltà.
Veramente assurdo per un prodotto di marca e per lo più Italiano.

My dive computer was resurrected
My dive computer, a Cressi Giotto, has served me well over many hundreds of dives for about 8 years, but developed a glitch recently where it appeared to die. I contacted Cressi in Queensland, Australia and explained the problem, not expecting that they would be able to do a great deal and of course it was way out of warranty. Leila, who responded to my email was fantastically helpful, got me to send some photos of the computer and then suggested that, as nothing appeared out of place, it would be good to send it to them for testing. Within a week it was fixed, shipped back to me and I dived with it today - good as new. Can't recommend them enough; some other businesses might well have simply written it off as "too old" or "time to buy a new one" but not this business.
SUP CRESSI doppia camera
Ho avuto un problema con un SUP a doppia camera. Una giuntura si è aperta rendendo il SUP irriparabile. Mi sono quindi rivolto al servizio di assistenza i quali mi hanno seguito e guidato nell'analisi dell'anomalia ed alla risoluzione del problema senza alcune spese per me. Pongo 4 stelline poihcè sarebbe stato meglio che il prodotto non si fosse rotto ma il supporto è stato efficace e corretto

Per svariati minuti lasciano in attesa al telefono con tanto di musichetta e voce che invita a stare in attesa,dopo invece di rispondere staccano la chiamata.Volevo riferirgli che la maschera focus con lenti graduate si appanna peggio di qualsiasi maschera,soldi buttati via.
Cressi SL55
Cressi SL55, nuovissimo, al quinto sparo la lancia si è stuccata dal cavo per la semplice propulsione dello sparo. Non c'è da sorprendersi, è Made In Italy, ti fa capire tutto. Pensavo che la Cressi fosse un'eccezione ed invece no, è il tipico Made In Italy
Articolo inadeguato
Ho acquistato lo snorkel Scilla e, purtroppo, l'ho perso in acqua al primo utilizzo, perché il gancio che lo collega alla maschera non è adeguato. Ho mandato un ticket all'azienda ma non si sono nemmeno degnati di rispondere. Peccato perché l'ho sempre considerata una buona ditta.
Stab dangereuse!
Dive Master et Niveau 3, lors d'une plongée, j'ai senti mon gilet se gonfler à fond. Impossible de l'arrêter. Remontée incontrôlée. La raison? Le bronze de la valve avait pris du vert de gris et s'était bloqué! Pourquoi ne pas utiliser de l'inox? Pour économiser quelques centimes sur la sécurité?

I bought a Big eyes mask and snorkel…
I bought a Big eyes mask and snorkel supposedly made by Cressi via Amazon. The mask was dirty and had a lot of plastic waste still attached to the mask from the moulding machine. Also the strap at the back (cut out behind but not like F1) and the strap adjustments were not to be found on the Cressi official website under big eye masks. I wrote an amazon review with pictures and questioned the oem and the shit delivery quality but Amazon removed this after claiming that it was original and Cressi okayed it. Still have all the pics. Bought now F1 set, which is perfect and quite obviously comes from another production site.
Was it made in Italy? no way
Was it made in China? unlikely; they’re better
Was it made in Poland? probably
Was the snorkel original? yes I think so
Très bon SAV
Mon ordinateur de plongée Cressi Leonardo qui avait plus de 10 ans, a fait l'objet d'une panne en juin au changement de pile (défaut de conception de l'époque sans doute, mais il n'était plus sous garantie depuis belle lurette).
Le SAV Cressi a été long à répondre à cause des vacances d'éte, mais je viens de recevoir fin septembre un ordinateur Cressi Leonardo 2.0 tout neuf en échange de mon ordinateur irréparable.
Je suis donc extrêmement satisfait de la résolution de mon problème et recommanderai cette marque à l'avenir. Par comparaison, j'ai eu un soucis avec l'ordinateur de ma femme de marque Marès (Puck Pro), et le SAV n'a JAMAIS répondu, lui.
Varios fallos despues de solo 7 inmersiones
Tengo un Cressi Giotto con 7 inmersiones, y ya presenta varios fallos. La luz no se enciende, la alarma acustica no suena. Pila nueva.
Para 7 inmersiones es inadmisible. Me hablan de plan Renove, pero si tengo que cambiar de ordenador cada 7 inmersiones, vaya negocio. Como no buceo mucho esta fuera de garantia, eso es el problema.
Fake waranty at the moment
Recently i've purchased a goa computer in tradeinn.com and after 8 dives, during a 35mts dive appered vapor inside the main screen and turned off in the dive. Never started again.
I've asked for the waranty in tradeinn and cressi but no response at all about it.
Can you asist me with this?
The computer is new and tradeinn is not respecting their word about it, only offers a part of the total price and with no real comunication. Cressi assistence only respond with authomatic mails in their support web.
Waiting for your response willing to change my qualification.

Disaster
I bought a cressi neon watch. On its 7th dive it appeared to take in water and ruptured.
I contacted cressi and provided a receipt. They insist I changed the battery or had the watch serviced and it was not properly resealed. It was 7 dives old it was never opened for any reason, kept in its case and is absolutely perfect externally. Cressi are offering a 50 percent refund as a good will gesture. I have asked to speak with a manager, this has not happened. I have sent photos of the watch and am willing to send the watch but without seeing the watch this is the outcome. The watch is otherwise in good condition. Will not buy from cressi again

In the beginning of a dive and at a depth of 30 meters, my BC started to inflate very fast and took me at high speed to the surface.
Had it happened 20 minutes after or in a wreck, I might have died. Bends or stuck to the ceiling.
A professionnal had a look. The major part of the air supply mechanism is made of bronze. It was covered of verdigris and stuck! Why isn't it made of stainless steel? Saving a couple of Euros?
The place: FUNCHAL CARLTON Diving Center (Madeira Island). Instructors were shocked when seeing this.
Two pairs of Cressi sunglasses had same design fault - Cressi refuse to help
I bought a pair of Cressi floating sunglasses. They looked good. After two weeks, the lens foil began to come away from the lens and then the lens itself popped out at the lower frame edge. This was with normal use. I took them back to the retailer - they said they couldn’t do anything. So, stupidly, I purchased a second pair. Within 2 weeks the same thing happened. Cressi will not help me as I don’t have the original receipts. So, terrible product, terrible customer service. I have now bought a pair of Gill floating sunglasses. They are still in one piece after a month!

Purtroppo, scopro troppo tardi che ci sono pessime recensioni qui... Mentre su Amazon (da dove ho acquistato io), pare tutto oro!
La mia esperienza:
Parto col dire che ho acquistato il Cressi Start PRO set, completo di gav ed octopus completo (1° stadio, 2 2° stadio e consolle) il 21 agosto 2022 da regalare alla mia compagna il 18 settembre. Mi è arrivato in un paio di giorni e, controllandolo, vedo che sulla pagina web di Cressi c'è una campagna di richiamo volontario della frusta di bassa pressione (cod. 007/22, vds foto). Il codice frusta corrisponde alla mia.
Li contatto ed in un paio di giorni vengo ricontattato da un loro collaboratore (Sig. Bilal Kamal). Via mail ci accordiamo su come fare e mi prenota il ritiro a casa della sola frusta tramite corriere BRT il 31 agosto. Fatto e così è rispedita.
Il 10 settembre invio la prima email (allo stesso collaboratore di prima) per avere conferma di come proceda, conscio che il 18 si avvicina, ma che ho tempo. Nessuna risposta.
Il 14 settembre ne mando una seconda, all'indirizzo resi@cressi punto com. Nessuna risposta.
Ieri, 19 settembre invio nuovamente un messaggio di contatto tramite il form del sito (come avevo fatto col primissimo messaggio del 25 agosto). Nessuna risposta.
Risultato: ho dovuto comprare una frusta di bassa pressione ex-novo in negozio, con ulteriore esborso di circa 30€ e non ho ricevuto alcuna comunicazione da Cressi.
Ovviamente, non mi limito a questa recensione e farò comunque causa a loro, in quanto vi è dolo nell'aver sottratto una parte di un bene venduto e mai sostituito. Sarebbe bastato rispondere alle comunicazioni, anche superata la data a me utile. Non ero di fretta e potevo attendere, ma la totale assenza di contatto, li designa per ciò che sono veramente.
Pessimisma ditta che ha rovinato la sua decennale reputazione!!!
