Company helps alot to improve credit scores.

The team's customer support is outstanding! Very responsive team. Every question I had was answered quickly, and I can already see my credit score improving in just few months.

My experience with this company was frustrating mainly because of the very slow response time. Whenever I asked questions or requested updates, it often took a long time to receive a reply. In some cases, I had to send multiple messages just to get a response. When you are paying for a service, you expect timely communication and support, but unfortunately that was not my experience here. The delays made the whole process stressful and uncertain. I hope the company improves its communication and response time in the future.

Company helps alot to improve credit scores

I started my credit repair four months ago. During the onboarding process, Chris and his team explained the process and the agreement to me clearly. I'm happy to see that my credit scores are improving. It's not a huge achievement yet, but a slow increase is better than no increase at all.
After 3 months, they successfully removed the collection accounts. Hopefully, after 5 months my late payments will be updated to positive.
I would like to thank the team for their monthly updates and for always being responsive to my questions.

Trust the process indeed! Chris explained everything to me in detail. Honestly, I was in a hurry to get things done, but as his team provided me with the resolution, I just put my trust in them and they've improved my score from a very low 500 to 730 now! It took them 3 months, but it's worth it! I absolutely recommend this company.
