What an absolute disappointment! Ordered skill master training kit on 7 Oct and order confirmed next day delivery. It is now 16 Oct and I have not received my goods. Email is like a black hole as no one responds.
I should have read the reviews before placing my order.
The enclosed instructions within were minimal at best. I followed them but the parts were not going together as they should. Emailed them multiple times asking for help but got no response. When I said I want to return the item, they responded saying they did not get any emails and that they're not taking returns because the item was partially set up, "as per website". So if you never open and try to assemble an item how would you know if it's defective or not?
Very poor communication, customer service and the item does not work.
Would not recommend.
Ordered and paid for feed buddy for sons birthday present. Took my money, £165.00 have heard nothing, e-mailed 3 times, nothing. This is an absolutely deplorable company. Don't waste your money or time on them. Disgusting treatment of customers, go somewhere else. If I could give them zero I would.
If I could give less than zero I would. Don’t bother dealing with this company. I ordered a feed buddy with two additional ball stackers. I paid for express delivery which is mean to be two days. It took two weeks. The order arrived without the additional stackers. I am yet to try the machine but have no expectations. I have sent several emails but they don’t respond. Don’t bother with this company.
I have sent several emails to the seller but they are not replying . on 19th april they sent me a message that the items I ordered have been kept by British Customs and they are sending me a new package and i should be receiving it by end of that week. since then I am sending them emails but they are not responding. Then I contacted them through Social Media Facebook page and they have blocked my on Facebook. This is a scam, they also blocked other people who wrote the same about them.

UPDATE : THEY REFUNDED ME THE FULL AMOUNT VIA PAYPAL INTERVENTION
