I have ordered 8 blinds for my house from them, all electric, and any issues were promptly rectified at no cost to me. The updates were good, tracking supplied and delivery prompt for a custom made product.

One of the remotes had a battery issue, they are replacing under warranty even though it had expired.

Have recommended them to my parents and friends. Would order again no hesitations.

Outstanding customer service.
They went out of their way to assist with queries that I had about the correct blind and fittings for older windows. Jenny, in particular couldn't have been more helpful.

I ordered some horizontal electric blinds back in January 2025. For various reasons, we didn't fit two of them until recently and had a couple of issues. I contacted Crosby Blinds regarding this and despite the time since the order, they were very helpful and we managed to resolve everything. They even sent me some replacement clips for free.

This last fitting (July 2025), samples arrived within 2 days, measure up appointment straightforward, very good value for money and speedy fitting service with no mess left.

Excellent service. Sent an email about an accidentally broken part on blinds bought over a year ago, received a reply within minutes and free of charge replacement part was delivered the next day. Cannot recommend highly enough. Outstanding customer service.
