What an excellent find this company is. Ordered a couple of toilet seats online to replace cracked ones. They are a discontinued line and priced extremely well at Crosslings - I might buy a couple more as spares. Received items in one working day, in perfect condition. Now fitted, and one very happy customer. 10/10

I was connecting to a lead pipe for the first time so I wanted to use the highest quality fitting - a Melimatic Lead-Loc. Most other outlets only offered lower quality items or high prices for Melimatic. Crossling offered Melimatic at a reasonable price. I was relieved and grateful.

Called in last week as I believed (from other opinions) that I had a broken tap cartridge. I was advised (didn't get the name of who I saw) it wasn't broken and I just needed a new washer which was provided. Couldn't thank yourselves enough for the help and also the money saved! A recommended company that I would have no hesitation to return to.

Excellent service. Called Crossling to check if they had a boiler in stock as I couldn’t source one locally in Surrey. Got through to Tony who was very helpful and friendly. Ordered online and it was delivered the next day from Newcastle. Would certainly recommend and use this company again.

I visited the Portrack branch in Stockton-on-Tees. I was searching for a radiator bleed screw that was proving difficult to find. James was brilliant, he identified the part we needed , unfortunately unavailable at this branch. He then located one in stock in Darlington and rang to confirm it was definitely there before we set off. Very friendly and helpful, went yhe extra mile to help. Thankyou

Arrived at crossings carlisle at 12.15pm finally got served at 12.45pm 4 people left before me but I desperately needed a gutter part I waited because i quickly asked the guy if they had the part in stock “no problems”
One member of staff disappeared leaving one guy serving a lady who was charging her mind on all products while browsing the catalogue. The disappearance act member of staff who left with 4 others waiting came back and apologised that he had gone on lunch!!!!!!!! Worst thing is they never had me part in stock what am absolute waste of my time

I ordered a vanity unit through Crossling on 13th July which was received quickly but was damaged in several places. I reported this to Crossling and to their credit they sent a replacement unit quickly, but that too arrived damaged!

I had to chase Crossling on several occasions whilst I waited to FedEx to collect them, which they finally did over a fortnight later. I was promised that when the units were back at FedEx, I would receive my refund..... but this still has not happened. So 5-6 weeks later and at least half a dozen calls made to Crossling, I am still out of pocket £520 and awaiting my refund.

I honestly don't see why I should be the one left to keep phoning Crossling & at my expense, when I've already spent so much time calling them to try to get the matter resolved in the first place.

Perhaps my review will spur them on to resolve it for me - order reference is #000001320 (Gerard).

Found a unusual part for my farm water system in stock with Crossling. Dispatched and arrived in less than 24hrs. Will definitely use again. Great company
