Biggest crap cause my proof of age didn't have an expiry date wouldn't pay me out
They give you hell to payout has to be a valid ID driver's licence or passports cant be old can't use your proof of age if it has no expiry like South Australia don't have an expiry date only when issued which was only 25 days ago. They are quick to take Ur money but to payout it's living hell .. there should be more rights for us consumers that if they accept us at the start with a valid card and they can take our money then they should be able to pay us back the same way without having to give all this information proof of identity they should have asked that from the beginning before signing us up how do they know we were the legal age plane gambling so they don't ask the information at the beginning but ask it at the end when you want to claim that is unfair and unjustified.
