Great service, lovely tiles and quick delivery.

The order process and customer service support was very good.

Pricing was competitive.

My order arrived on time but had damage to multiple boxes of tiles. Replacements were arranged promptly, shipped via Parcel Force and they arrived completely damaged today.

Easy online ordering, great that they recommend grout colours especially when ordering online it is helpful to know which is best

The website was easy to navigate, the service was excellent with good communication and delivered on time. I will use crown tiles in future and recommend them

When I ordered the tile same they was £20 m2 and when I went back online to place an order they had 35% discount now priced at £23

Simple and fast service, delivery on time, product good and as seen on website.

Customer service was amazing helping me to solve an issue created by my tiler, nothing was too much trouble and they saved the day !

good price, prompt delivery, excellent quality of product

Ordered a sample tile, delivered quickly, well packaged, lovely quality tile

The prompt service, that I received. Not to mention the great customer service and all my tiles were sealed and delivered with no damages

I have nothing but praise for crown Tiles. My order was delivered in error to an address with the same post code. Parcelforce had taken a photo of the delivery and I immediately recognised the property because it had happened several times before. When I went round to the address a couple of days later, the person who answered the door denied knowing anything about the delivery and invited me in to search the house. I declined. When I informed Crown Tiles, they immediately sent a replacement order. This time to my wife's workplace where there could be no risk of any 'mix up'. Five stars!

Awesome 1st class service at great prices !

We ordered 66 tiles. The tiles were easy to order, they arrived on time, they were very high quality, and there were no broken tiles. I'd definitely use this tile company again in the future.

Excellent, delivered on time, driver very friendly, considering he’d had a god awful day. Would recommend to anyone 🙂 thanks
